I am sleep deprived with our noisy neighbors upstairs and downstairs. Floors are literally vibrating sometimes after supposedly quiet hours. Not sure if it is my bad luck with these neighbors and/or the thin walls and poor infrastructure. But disappointed these issues cannot be addressed after multiple complaints with the management after living here for six months. Talked to a different neighbor the other day who was breaking the lease and moving out because of noise complaint as well.

WOW! These apartments are absolutely stunning! They are very clean, tons of amenities, an awesome pool, fire pits, grills, beautiful open concept, and so much design detail. The best part about touring the apartments was Tonya. Tonya was absolutely fantastic. She was working hard to get us into these apartments. Unfortunately, we are going to be staying in Florida. However, if we were to ever move back up to Indiana, these are the apartments we will move into. Tonya was very attentive, and I believe Emily (name?), property manager, is just as amazing. We are loving our stay at Aria so far! New + modern appliances and design. Balconies are spacious especially for apartments. The location is awesome + convenient for both myself and my roommate in regards to work, our families, and school.
We really haven't had many issues at all here! I am surprised to see so many noise complaints in reviews, as we nearly never hear our neighbors. We live right by a stairwell, so we do hear the door but that is bound to happen. Granted, we do live on the third floor, but when walking on other floors I hear nearly nothing.

I have really enjoyed living at Aria. My apartment is AWESOME - spacious, lots of light, and brand new, modern fixtures. I live on the third floor, so I admittedly don't have any neighbors overhead, but I'm surprised to see so many reviews contain noise complaints -- this is not an issue I've experienced here, even living directly by a stairwell. I've found it to be really quiet for an apartment. Zina and Emily work hard to create a true sense of community and make themselves available to help whenever needed. Highly recommend!

First of all the building looks really nice, they did a good job making everything on the outside look great. Even on the inside, the pictures look great…stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and faux wood floors. When some time is spent living in the units, problems in the construction become apparent.

I've thought a lot about what I wanted to review about Aria and I decided recently that I needed to put up something to let future residents know what to expect.
The first thing is that the exterior and the pictures look really nice and modern, however, once some time is spent within the units, many things are troublesome.
The biggest problem for me is how terrible the insulation is between units. I can hear the neighbors stomping around at all hours of the night. I can hear their music clearly; I can hear them laughing; I can feel the bass under my feet. There are "quiet hours"

We love our Allegro unit! So much space and storage. The staff is very attentive and works to resolve issues quickly. The maintenance staff is so helpful and make it a point to say hello to us every time we see them. The community is kind and Zima and Emily are rockstars in the office. I saw 13 apartments before we settled on this one and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations!
