Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I have been a Resident at Canterbury House Apartments since April 2018. I absolutely love the staff, my apartment and I highly recommend Canterbury House Apartments!

Marie & Michelle work super hard to make this a great safe place to live. Frank & the other maintenance guys work equally hard at making things work. I recently had a maintenance concern. They listened to my concern, set up a work order, came & took a look explaining their plan, and then came & did the work quickly & efficiently & even cleaned up afterwards. They all need raises (but don't raise my rent to do it - just saying 😉)!

This is a wonderful place! I moved my mom in here in August and I can't tell how much Michele and Marie have helped me. Not only did they work with me to get all the paperwork taken care of because I was moving my mom from out of state, but they continue to help me when I have concerns, even when it's not "apartment" related. They are awesome people with hearts of gold! Maintenance is very quick in responding and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. You do have understand that it's an apartment and not a house. Some people expect to have the "house like" quiet and no it's not that, but for an apartment

We have lived here a little over a month. Everyone is helpful that works here and the apartments are nice. More sound proof than some we have lived in. Everyone should take responsibility for keeping the grounds free of trash and dog droppings. The large dog owners seem to be the worst about picking up. Some policing would be nice and a fine imposed if caught.
As for the kids the pool room could be turned into a gaming room. Maybe add a ping pong table and video games. Ask for volunteers to help manage some of these tasks.
All in all it's a nice place to live and I hope it stays that way
