We offer many convenient ways for our residents a to submit a maintenance request! You can submit maintenance requests through our online Resident Portal, Resident App by calling or stopping by the office. We want you to make this your home as long as the unit is back in it's orginal condition when you move.

Ryan is always great! I've been here for 2 years and any thing that happens he is right there and ready for any job! He cares about each and everyone one of us. Always saying hi and making sure we are all ok and cozy. He definitely needs a raise! He goes beyond his job and does such an excellent job! Brandy is amazing as well! They both ran this place for many months with no help. We all appreciate their hard work to keep everything running!

I’ve been living at kise estates now for 2 years and have had great service from everyone who works there. I think what holds the place together is Ryan Laney who is the lead maintenance man. Always willing to show up to any job and has a great connection with the people who live in kise! Thanks for all you guys do!

I just moved to Kise after living in a house. Brandi made the move in process go very well. She helped me with every step of the process. When I got to the leasing office Amber walked me to my apartment and showed me everything. It was beautiful. The maintenance person and cleaner did a great job making the apartment great for me. This entire experience has been fantastic and I recommend Kise and the team at Kise. Coming from a house to an apartment is hard and this team made it go so easy. I enjoy the quietness of my apartment and knowing that the staff care so much about the residents is awesome

Apartments are spacious and comfortable in a nice quiet area. Management is amazing! I recently had an accident with my car windshield. Brandi and Ryan went ahead and called multiple places to come out and fix it for me. Ryan also helped me cover up the damage until the repair men showed up.They truly go above and beyond when it comes to their residents.

I just helped my parents move in to Kise last weekend. We lived there about 18 years ago, and then, would have rated them a 1star. But it seems like they have improved significantly since then. Cleaner apartment, everything works, and Brandi (the manager) is the sweetest, most helpful person. She really went out of her way to make sure my parents move was smooth and has checked in on them since. She really cares about the residents and helping anyways she can. She’s a Godsend to Kise!

Great place they are rly good with keeping up with things and they communicate real well with u. They let you know what's going on bf it does and I like that they don't play around with anything and if they have to they have the cop's deal with it and I know they take you back even if you had a eviction through them and give you another chance. And meant guy does thing fast and get it done and he does a great job at doing so.

My wife and I lived at Kise for 3 years. When we moved in we just wanted a place off i65 and this was the first place we saw. Starting out we had some problems with water pressure so low we couldn’t shower for a week and the air conditioning didn’t work for 8 months. We’ve had other things come up here and there that really weren’t Kise’s fault but I felt like they could have handled better. I do feel like It was pretty good bang for buck overall. We liked the unit for the size and it was in quiet enough. The over flow parking lot has a great sunset view, the majority of the neighbors

One of the worst experiences and decisions of my life to move into Kise Estates. I would recommend anyone to spend the extra dollars to live somewhere else because this place is truly the definition of a dump. Thank god lightning struck my apartment building and the local fire marshal deemed it inhabitable because it was awful in every way. I was there for less than one months time and regret being there for that long. Not only do all the apartments have a rather pungent smoke smell about them, the appliances are at least 30 years old, and you're lucky if you're AC unit works but the

Lived here for almost 3 years, unfortunately. Awful experiences with neighbors and maintenance was terrible. Came home on Easter day 2017 to find that the apartment above ours had flooded due to someone using a portable washing machine...our apartment was soaked. Our light fixtures were full of dirty water. Maintenance had come in while we were gone and had messed with them, so the dirty water had poured out all over our kitchen and dining room. Some belongings were ruined.
