I have lived here going on two years. I love it here! Its very quiet. And I have awesome neighbors. The manager, jessica, is great. She is kind and very bubbly. She treats you like a person not just a tenant.

We tried desperately to get into these apartments and ran out of time. Before selling our house we filled out an application. We were told that we were 73 on the waiting list but that we could get in sooner because of the income group we were in. Three weeks or so later we were called and told there was an apartment available if we wanted it we needed to give a check for $100 to hold it. We explained our urgency because we were going to sell our house and needed to know we had a place. We are then told that we had be approved before we could move in. Why? We have given them $100 to hold an available
