Once you move out they will give you a final bill, which is normal when you move out of an apartment. In order for them to send you a final bill you give them information like your new mailing address and phone number. This is exactly what I did when I moved out. A month or so later I received the final bill and mail them a check which they cashed. Everyone would expect that to be the end but its not. They then wait almost a year and then send you to collections for the final bill that you already paid. The debt collector is now threatening to ruin my credit if I do not pay it again, according

If i could leave 0 stars i would. this place was nothing but unprofessional! was highly considering moving into these apartments but was met with fake smiles and empty promises from the leasing assistant melissa. the un authentic way she showed us around was very transparent. once we decided not to go with this facility we were met with nothing but confrontation and blatant lies. we were never told about a "non refundable deposit" nor did we ever sign for or fill out an application. we were told to get on a waiting list we would have to pay $575.00. we payed and waited. once we decided to move

Maintenance is not the best at this complex. If you ever need anything done they will not only NOT keep their word on the date they said they would fill your request, they don’t even call you to let you know it is delayed. If you don’t follow up it appears they simply forget. And for me to take time of my life to write this is because it has happened many times now I have brought it up to Management and nothing has been done. The trick is to email the Property Manager if you urgently need something. So if you move in here expect to pay for being in a Marina because the service from Management

DO NOT LIVE HERE! They advertise this community as luxurious but it is far from it. I've had issues since moving in. A cleaning crew was present even though I waited 2 months before moving. There was food left in the dishwasher, which is still there because I refuse to use or clean. Having repairs done is impossible. There was a roof leaking out of a light fixture in the courtyard and it took them well over a month to have repairs started. My poor neighbors had black mold growing inside their unit, which was never properly taken care of. The trash isnt picked up as stated. They miss buildings frequently

When I needed to find a place to move fast; Karint and her team were more than helpful and very responsive! From inquiry to acceptance only took a day. The grounds are gorgeous! Well maintained landscaping, security on the grounds and wonderful amenities! You get a real SoFlo vibe when you can swim in the pool and watch iguanas hanging out on the trees above! My dryer was not working when I moved in; I asked about it and not even 30 minutes later, maintenance was there to fix it and even came back a few days later to check and make sure everything was okay! I’m not sure what the poor reviews

When reported to the leasing office no calls were returned & to add insult to injury, sent me a warning. Lived here for almost a year, you have to pay rent with money order or check. However they will possibly (what they did to me) give you a 3 day notice to leave or pay rent if they deem that you did not pay rent; mind you that they will take your money still and demand you to pay another month even though you already paid! I have paid early or on time every month since living here. They only gave an excuse that they have too much to review on a single day to notice checks and will not simply ask you about the check clearing or if they had difficulties. You really made my dream come true, she take cared of us with everything from showing us the apt to the paperwork, I'm finally moving in with my husband I couldn't be any happier, nice place, spacious living room area and bedroom has 2 walking closet & better yet they have a really nice restaurant next to them, you have the marina view while having dinner, lunch or brunch they do have a little dog park as well & the club house it's amazing, thanks for everything!!!

Falls at Marina Bay has been the best place I have lived at. I have lived here for the last 5 years and can’t thank the friendly and amazing staff enough for everything they do. I always feel like I’m on vacation when arriving from work and love the views from all areas. Falls at Marina Bay has everything around that I don’t even need to leave. I've only been here for 3 months and I already want out of my lease. The staff are nice when trying to sell you a lease but the second you sign their attitude changes real quick. Disrespectful and creepy. One of them threatened the women in my group with a "strap" for being too loud at the billiards table even after we closed the doors. Honestly, the noise and dust that coats your car from the highway would be endurable if it weren't for the absolutely disrespectful and creepy staff. Don't move here unless you have literally no other option.

1. When we first visited and were shown an apartment, facing the water over looking the Marina however after we signed, were told our apartment looked the opposite way. We argued but Joann stated that the water facing apartments were extra although during our visit, were told this would be EXACT.
2. They increase your rent every year which is the norm however, they do not use the market fair value rather just jack it up by $100+ per month and offer a free carpet clean. What a joke.

When they said they were working on the parking situation what that really meant was we will say anything to shut you up and do nothing.

The last three months people have been parking along the sidewalk leaving barley any room to back out of the parking space. And then one evening I was loading my pickup to go on vacation. One of the employees wife asked me to move my truck which I did but

Some nice amenities but management is so scandalous that they will say ANYTHING to rent an apartment. I was told outrageous lies about an apartment I was considering renting, such as square footage and layout on the water. Joanne in sales said "The apartment is massive! It's like a house!" We just renewed our lease for the 2nd time recently. Overall it has been a pleasure to live here. It has all the amenities and a beautiful marina. The restaurant has good food and small live entertainment on the weekends. Parking has not been an issue but the trash could be handled a bit better. Most of the time there are no trash issues, but more the other residents being sloppy. That too goes for the dog dirt. It's hard to find a place where animals are allowed and I wish people didn't abuse this privilege.

The place is beautiful, this is a condo community that also has a marina for huge yachts. This place takes the cake when it comes to nice lifestyles.
It almost feels like if you are in a resort of sorts. Pool area backs up into the marina and fro. The pool you can actually see some of the yachts. It's meant to create that type of living. They have a gym, a raquetball court, a tennis court and even an on site restaurant.
Next time you're in the area come and check them out if you're looking to move, I'm sure you'll have a good thought on this place. Happy lifestyles
