Extremely glad I chose this property! It has been a nightmare to say the least searching for a place but they made this process a smooth and quick one. Jessica and Kiara replied to any emails I had within minutes and helped explain everything in detail without beating around the bush. The community is well kept and my apartment is everything I was looking for. Great location and great people!

Phil is the BEST!!! He is always on top of things when I have a service call or an issue. We used to wait a couple of days before getting a response before he came along. Phil gets the job addressed and done within the hour. That’s Amazing service!!! He’s always got a friendly Hello whenever I see him around also!

Worst customer service ever, they always have a story for everything. They are never wrong but funny never seem to get right either. My apt is still unfinished since I moved in in May8 my floors are not install properly the glue wasn't applied properly now the floors are coming up. My dishwasher doesn't work mind you this community is brand new and… I got keys on May there has also been several complains about not enough parking in the property I mean the list goes on and on you call the office and it's always a mission to speak to someone weather it is the office in site or the head quarters
