VU New River

I never write bad reviews but unfortunately this one is warranted. We lived in the building for 15 months in a 1 bedroom. The only carpet was in the bedroom itself and when we moved out we received a notification we were being charged $335 for carpet replacement due to damage. Furniture was covering up over 50% of the carpet when we lived there and when we moved out the carpet was in great condition. They are just out to nickel and dime so they don't have to put forth any of their own money to keep up with he apartments. We hired professional cleaners and everything to leave that apartment in pristine

We love living here! We've been here for 3 years and the current management company is very good...so is the maintenance team, Ethel and Security Brandon. Thank you Vu Crew: Karie, Chris and Ashley for always going the extra mile and making this a great place to live. We love the location, central to everything and very dog friendly - and the views of the ocean, new river and sunrises are unmatched!

We moved in around two months ago and have loved every minute of it! The building has amazing amenities and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Chris was our leasing specialist and made the process very seamless and fun, he took care of all our immediate requests and was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns raised. Working in hospitality myself I would thoroughly recommend living at the Vu New River and make sure you ask for Chris!

Moved in a year ago at the height of Covid and although the staff at that time was challenging we were so fortunate to get Chris Ashely and the rest of their staff. Brandon of course is great and all of the valets have become daily friends! Renewing our lease! The location is perfect, the building is always clean and the amenities are just what we wanted. Love the community events that are starting up and looking forward to our next year here! Thank you!

We lived at VU New River for 6 years, and we had a great time there. Fantastic location, great community and at a reasonable lease price. Friendly and professional staff: Chris, Ashley and Isabel from the management; and of course, Olga, Ethel and Brandon who have been part of the staff for a long time.

I've lived here for 4+ years now & I literally love it. Zero plans of going moving anywhere else anytime soon.
The management team is top-notch & the overall community is never short of considerate & respectful.

Being a first time renter I was a little hesitant while looking at other apartments but it wasn’t until I came here and spoke with Chris that I felt truly at home! He’s gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns I have and does it with a smile. I couldn’t be more happy or comfortable with my choice to move here and a lot of it has to do with how personable and professional Chris has been. Great experience all around!

Great location, especially for pet owners! Staff and residents are friendly, amenities are nice. Gym actually has a barbell and a squat rack, which is very hard to find. Lived here for a year and I definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing atmosphere by the river. Our doggy was so happy to come here after living in NYC!

I lived at Vu New River for a year and really did love my experience living there. Everyone was so friendly! We will miss the staff! Especially Vanessa and Oscar. Shout out to you guys! You really made our living experience there amazing. Other yea their was some parking issues here and there. Really was a great place to live and we’ll miss it very much!
