Hilary Adkins the property manager was really good to me in trying to sort out my move out. She really is upstanding and I really appreciated her and her staff's follow up with me. Even when I was no longer a source of revenue to them, they treated my requests with urgency and helped diligently. Great job to this place. First review I've ever taken the time to leave at an apartment complex.

New management in the past month. First thing they did was force contractors into every apartment building to measure countertops in the middle of a pandemic. Why would they be measuring countertops in a brand new apartment building? So they can re-do it all in marble and raise rent by $600 in the next two years of course.
So if you thought your apartment was the only place in the city you could truly feel clean and safe, forget about that. Your life and wellbeing is less important than reclassifying as "luxury apartments" with fancy marble countertops.

Not enough space here to compliment this community. From the extraordinary manager, Tina, and her friendly staff, to the quick & responsive repair crew, to the beautiful, spacious, and quiet balcony apartments, to the state of the art fitness center, to the gorgeous community reception room, to the beautiful creek side paved hiking/biking trails nearby, to the shops & nice restaurants a 10 minute walk away, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant apartment rental experience. - Joe and Judy

Have been here for 2 years+ and think the place is wonderful. Not only is it a newer build but the amenities are all there, and location couldn't be better. The staff is what truly make the place, southern hospitality at it's finest, big thanks to Tina and her group for making this place what it is.

I was the first person to find the complex during construction. We moved in a couple of weeks later. I moved here from Atlanta and it was a big adjustment. The staff has been AWESOME since day one. No matter what you need (within reason) they are there for you. Whether it's Shay giving the puppies treats and love or it's the maintenance staff coming right over or Tina going beyond the call of duty to help when I was quarantined or needed help while out of town. They are the best hands down. Always safe walking my dog anytime of the day.
