This place isn't what it was. We had been here years ago without any bad memories. We recently attended a birthday dinner for a friend as part of a party of eight with a reservation. The restaurant was about half full. Clearly staffing is an issue. Perhaps overbooking should be considered by management if this is a known issue. It took a half hour for everyone to get their first round of drinks. A second server came to assist in drink service and told members of the group that she was getting their drinks because they came late. We came here to celebrate a birthday. The service was wonderful. The restaurant was beautiful and would be a great date night spot. You had the option to dine inside or outside. Outside they have a tent and plenty of heaters to keep you warm. Inside they tables were spaced appropriately, so you weren't on top of other diners. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. This restaurant is now on my list of favorites. I will be back!

I love DiPaolo's and go every once in a while. But, this last trip was not worth the $250 for 3. I ordered the Cowboy Steak and it was horrible and a waste of $79. It was worse than a bad cut of roast beef that was cooked poorly. I should have stuck with pasta. So if you were to go, stick with pasta.
