I like the manager and Monica. They seem to try they're best to stay on top of things. It's hard to get them on the phone so just try to make an in office visit. I've lived here a year now and only my neighbors have brought me issues . The new maintenance is friendly and more attentive than previous ones. Its affordable and the water wasnt shut off too long versus the winter storm. So definitely improving❤

I moved in around September and our leasing agent failed to mention that our AC did not work. After multiple visits to the leasing center multiple times a month, we enter the new year without anyone coming to look at the unit. Just excuses and excuses. I have many work orders submitted from the first week we moved in until now and there is still nothing. Not to mention water is shut off about every month and a litany of other issues including piping/management/low staffing etc. Just save your money. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EXPENSES

This complex misrepresents a lot of things. Yes the old maintenance crew neglected work orders, but who manages them? At the end of the the day the property owners are just as negligent. Water pressure still has not been restored since the winter storm in Feb 2021. The weather has gotten colder and now they have decided to shut off water to the entire complex. A big mistake and pooly communicated. Water was shutoff before we realized what was happening.
The "upgraded" units are cheaply made. The entire complex has roaches. Do not move in.

"Your AC is fine" they said. Well explain to me why there is literally NO air coming out of our bathroom vent. If it's fine then YOU come live here. We've been so nice and understanding but it gets to a point where they take advantage of your niceness. "Oh b-but our vendors" I DONT CARE. This is where we LIVE. Find a way to FIX IT and stop delaying things to where we have to call every day to have something fixed!!!!!!!

These apartments are very well kept . They are very clean. It’s a calm and quiet neighborhood. I also like the maintenance crew they are always very prompt to take care of any issues and the office staff is amazing, very polite and professional. My apt has been flooded 3 times in 1 year this last time is horrible we haven’t had any water in 10 days when you contact office they just say they are sorry it’s not their fault, I have been here 3 yrs and they always they are going to fix the entrance gate and they don’t because it is to expensive our truck got broken into and they stole the… tailgate , in one year we have had 8 managers so their is no communication and they never stay long enough to know what’s going on. When you call corporate they never answer or return you phone call it use to be a good place

THIS IS THE 3rd MONTH THAT IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THE IDIOCY OF THIS COMPLEX. I have lived ALONE since August of 2018. I signed all new paperwork to make me the ONLY resident. Yet I’m STILL receiving the water… bill in my ex’s name. All I’m ever told is “I’ll give this to my manager” or “I’ll have my manager call you”. WHERE SHE AT?? I’ve already dealt with my water heater braking, flooding my floor which resulted in MOLD. What did they do about that? Rub bleach on the wall. No even getting all the mold. I also had fire ants so bad

Just my opinion, not the greatest option. I was very excited to move in and upon my arrival, I was told my apartment wasn’t ready. So upon that information, I took a different apartment all together. They gave me a time to come back and I was told cleaning crew was inside. The experience since than not so bad. New management came in and upon that,… my ac stop working in the summer,molding in my vents, and my bedroom door broke literally off the hooks on the hinges. I slept with a fan for one day and they came and fix the ac after I went to the rent office and inform I couldn&rsquo

Google should have a zero stars rating. I am a current resident at Water Ridge Apartments i have lived here for the past 4 years these apartments have gone from acceptable to deplorable conditions!!! Please… read the reviews they're very accurate on what people are reporting. This is my experience like i mentioned I've been in this complex for 4 years I've had 4 different units currently im in #262 i was tranfered on July 16, 2018. Worse decision ever since day 1 i saw ROACHES in plain day light crawling everywhere specially in the kitchen worse of all inside the fridge. Disgusting ... i

I've been here a little over 2 years. The 1st management company was amazing!! They fixed things and were very attentive... I signed a new lease and 2 weeks later a new management company. I could go on and on about how bad it has become in less than a year. But here's the basic gist of it:
Reserved parking space sign was removed ($25/mo) because… the sign looked "tacky" (managers words).
Dishwasher came off the brackets because the countertop is eroding... 5 months still not fixed.
Homeless people are living in cars, and cars are parked for months on end, seriously... there is a Suburban

The worst apartments I have ever lived in. Pool is always closed and they always have some excuse or lie as to why it is closed. I literally moved into these apartments because the pool caught my eye. And now I can't even use it because it's always closed. I cannot go to other apartments because it will be considered trespassing. They have had two… different managements since I've moved in and both don't seem to know what they are doing. I have received late fees on my door when I haven't been late on anything. The walls are paper thin and I can hear everything my upstairs and next door

This place is awful. We had a water leak since we first moved in. When we called the office we were told it was an emergency and someone would be right there to look at it. Waited all day for no one to show. This was on a Thursday. Called again on a Saturday morning waited until 3pm to find out maintenance lived right next door. They cut open the… walls to expose BLACK mold which they brushed off as mildew and told us they couldn't fix it until tuesday due to the holiday weekend. What they do to "kill" mold is spray kilz over it. The air quality in this apartment is awful. Makes us sick
