Everything is fine, but the manager is very very very rude lady , she do nonsense things all the time, she thinks like she is the owner of the property, she always find ways to disturb people , no one like her, i don't know why walnut hire her, she doesn't deserve manager seat. .i wish someone fire her from job. she is creating problems for everyone from her first day of job, she is not friendly and seems resist also. its hard to live here where the manager is very hard like her, she even do not like to listen any excuse, she do not care if anyone is in problem or anyone need any help, she don

Have been living here for 7 years now. This place is amazing. Love the spacious apartment ! The leasing office staff particularly Aimee and Kayla are very friendly, understanding and responsive. They are proactive in returning the calls & emails and always tend to our needs . The maintenance crew (John & team) are the best !!! Very peaceful community

I have been living here more than a year, this place is amazing. The staffs are good and responsive. The things that I am concerned about is the utility bill, sometimes it tends to surpass $400, average being $210 or so every month. Heating and cooling tends to take time. But they have a nice pool.

So thankful I chose to call Walnut Crossings my home. I've been here for almost a whole year and I just signed to renew for another. It's a very clean facility. Amy and her team in the leasing office are always so helpful and are very quick to return any phone call or email. Not only that, but the maintenance team at this facility does an outstanding job when it comes to any maintenance request I've put it. They always respond in an extremely timely manner. Also, having an apartment that has a pool and fitness center... you can't beat it!

We stayed in Walnut Crossing for around 3.5 years. In the entire tenure we observed that new Manager Amy and other staff member are so polite and helpful compare to previous management team. They arrange monthly events so we can meet to our new neighbor. Maintenance staff resolves issue very quickly. We are thankful to John and other maintenance staff member. I would like to say thanks to the entire new team who made our stay very comfortable. Specially thankful to Ami😀
