Services
We will return your home to you as you left it; minus wear and tear (worn carpet or paint). Management is about keeping your home in good condition!. We do not pay to have our online reviews "cleaned". Most management reviews are not positive because they are from disgruntled tenants who were charged for damages.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
Our application process requires you to view the inside of the home before submitting your online application. We do not rent sight unseen. The next step in the application process is to bring in The Screening Process Form which was provided to you at the showing of the property and all fees notated on The Application Checklist; also, provided with The Screening Process form.

I would never have chosen to rent from such an unscrupulous company. Unfortunately, the house I live in was sold from one slumlord to another much worse slumlord who chose Double Z as their property managers. They have been a nightmare from day one with the broker coming to my house and insulting me about my service dog, after I sent her a copy of the actual laws pertaining to services dogs, she didn't even have the decency to respond. When they came, they said our rent wouldn't be raised, then our rent was raised. They are now having us pay a water bill that is metered with the unit behind us

Beware! This company will debit your deposit with falsely reported damages/claims. They will claim a dog urine smell that is actually a mold smell in a bedroom. I hope they find whatever is causing that. Now I know why I had migraines all the time living there.They'll charge $500 for yard clean up even though you send pictures proving they yard was mowed, trimmed AND edged 2 days prior to move out. I even called the office to tell them it was done when leaving town. I paid the last water bill timely and they still kept my utility deposit of $75. Then they send a ledger that no one can understand

My family and I have been renting from Double Z for the last 4 years. We are happy to say that they have been great. They were very professional and communicate well with any and every situation. Unfortunately, we are PCS'ing to Texas and are sad to have to leave. Thank you Linda Baker, and the rest of the staff at Double Z, for making this a smooth transition for us. My family appreciates it.

If they rent your house out for you, I'm sure you'll like them. When you're actively renting from them, they're pretty good, aside from maintenance timeliness. Once you move out though, they gut you. Don't expect your security deposit back. Don't worry about breaking your back to clean and tidy up, they'll just charge you for doing all the same things over again and their hourly cleaning fee is more expensive than a mechanic's fee. They'll write some retaliatory response about how irresponsible their renters are, believe it or don't, just read everyone's reviews and you'll see a pattern. As long

I’ve been waiting to write this review until I didn’t live in the property, the best thing about this company is the maintenance guy. He’s definitely over worked but it’s still very friendly every time he comes over.
All the reviews that state the repairs get done in a time fashion are from home owners, which makes me think double Z lies to them about how soon the repairs get fixed. They only have one maintenance guy and at time he takes two or three weeks to get out.
Home owners should be aware of this company as they don’t do what they say. They completely ripped off the home owner

Don't apply! They keep your money! 0-Stars!
My boyfriend and I recently applied for a property with this company after reading the requirements, which state poor credit may or may not affect approval.
We do not have poor credit, We have multiple rental references, and make over $7500 a month. We both have been at our employers for over a year.
We were told that applications take 3-4 days...this is NOT the case, we waited almost two weeks for our denial.
EVERY SINGLE TIME you try and contact this property they do not answer the phone.
They DO NOT return phone calls....ever

I have had Double Z manage my property for a few years now, and have been very pleased with the services they provide. Linda and Kristen both have been great at treating my tenants with respect and professionalism. As an owner, all information and tenant communication was handled very promptly. I will definitely have Double Z mange any future properties and would recommend their services as a renter or and owner to anybody.

I have been with double Z for over five years and I have had nothing but good experiences with them, I as well had fallen on hard times a couple times while renting with them and in my experience as long as you communicate with them they are very easy to work with and they’re very understanding. In my over five years of renting with them I haven’t had much that needed to be fixed but when something did it was less than 24 hours before they were here fixing something or replacing something… They are very prompt with returning emails and/or phone calls.
