Someone stole my car from SF, smoked some crack in it, drove to Vacaville, and left it on the side of highway 80. It was recovered by CHP, then Payless Towing picked it up and brought it back to me in SF. They were very friendly, communicative, fast, and easy. Would def recommend and use them again. I feel bad i didn't have any cash with me for a tip, so hopefully instead this review will drum up TONS more business. Anyway, my experience was great, highly recommend!

Payless Towing really helped me in a bind. I was stuck out on Highway 80 with a flat tire. All the other companies quoted much higher (Vacaville tow $300 something about a late night fee, J&T $250, $270 City Towing) absurd! Payless Towing did it for less than half the cost and was there in 20 minutes! Thank you for coming out so soon and getting us back on the road. Will definitely recommend and call again if I ever need you guys again.

Do not i repeat do not do business with these crooks. the driver said he would arrive in a hour and took two hours. showed up with the wrong truck after repeatedly reassuring me that it was the right truck then instead of telling me what he could do to help he hops in his truck and takes off... stopped answering calls and left my 1month old daughter, my fiancee and i stranded in brisbane which is about 45 min from my apartment. ended up waiting another hour for another tow truck with extremely better customer service. look elsewhere to avoid drama people. trust me.

They towed my car between two mecanics - they couldn't reach me when they got to the destination and refused to leave at the mechanic who was ready to accept it. Instead they decided to keep the car and tow it back to their HQ and charge me twice the fee to bring it back again. Will choose someone else next time.

BE CAREFULL!! THEY STOLE MY CAMERA & IPHONE FROM THE CAR.
They towed my car at night saying they were to take care of everything. And when I went to the dealership everything was gone inside.
We checked the cameras of the dealership, from when they dropped it off to when I came to pick it up and nobody came over the car at any moment.
They had enough time from SF to Fairfield to do it.
They are a family company. They covered to each other.

After a horrible experience earlier this week with the devil of all tow truck companies, these guys jumped into my life like the breath of fresh air that they are. My car needed to be towed from SF to Woodside, so I gave these guys a call after seeing the stellar reviews they have and am I glad that they did. They were so professional about everything, quoted a great price, called me when necessary and got my car down to Woodside in record time. I called to have my car towed from the city of San Bruno to San Francisco (15 min drive). I was given an ETA of 2hrs which was the shortest amount of time they had available. ..2HOURS!! so we're waiting and 2 hrs went by, mind you that I'm calling Payless towing as well to get an update on their location and not one time did they pick u the phone nor made any call back. 3 HOURS past and finally got a status and was told that the request was CANCELED BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC!! After being so frustrated with farmers insurance for sending out a tow by a company name of stride , who never showed up after four hours of b.s.. Farmers then finally decided to send us out another tow by the name of payless towing and even though the young men came to tow my truck i was in rage and frustration with the whole experience . My behavior was uncalled for and even during all the frustration the two young men stayed proffessional and basically was trying to provide the best service they can. Not only did they make it in less than half an hour but they remained respectful and very generous

My Lexus died on the freeway and after getting it towed by AAA to a mechanics, they concluded my car was pretty much dead forever. I had to get it towed out of the mechanics the next day or face a $75/day storage fee so I called AAA again. Tariq has proven to be a great mechanical innovator and got my brother's car onto his truck directly from the garage, not an easy feat...
then he got the deflated front tire bead to seat and got the tire to hold air so that it could be loaded into an intercity hauler... a gentleman and worthy of trust and respect from everyone... thank you...

Tarik is the man!
I hit a curb late last night and blew out both tires on my drivers side. After making many calls to some very unhelpful tow companies, I came across Payless Towing.
Tarik was able to come out with a flat bed tow truck to get me within the hour. He was very professional and offered to help take my car directly to his son's shop for repair (PAK Auto, which I also highly recommend).
All in all, great service and would definitely use again if I should ever get in a similar jam again... just hopefully not anytime too soon *fingers crossed*

Used these guys a while back but never wrote them a review.
They came out at around 10pm, TO TIBURON, and got my car towed back to the city to the owner's Sons' shop PAK AUTO.
The driver who came out was nothing short of professional and an all around down to earth guy.
He gave me an excellent rate, and the next day his son's gave me a very fair quote to replace the alternator on my car.
I would def use their services again.
