The Good: The driver was efficient and courteous after arrival. Nice to talk to which can a very awkward time traveling to the repair shop.
The Bad: I called around 930 am for a tow the following day at 8 am. The dispatcher told me that was not a problem and the cost would be $85. On the day of the tow, I called at 815 am as the driver had not yet arrived. The dispatcher told me "hey, there's a lot of traffic." Yes, I know SF has a lot of traffic which is why I gave a full day for them to plan their route to be here on time. Driver calls at 856 stating he's outside. He is not. The dispatcher gave

I was at the social security administration on Valencia St in the Mission District of San Francisco California a few days ago. My car broke down on the street in a sketchy location. I needed a towing company quickly with good prices. I found this towing service and the people were very friendly and quick to help me within an hour with a professional service. We got a flat tire late at night and quickly found SF Bay Area Towing online. They were extremely responsive (wait time was only 20 minutes) and I was surprised by how affordable they were.
All that said, the best part of our experience with SF Bay Area Towing was our interaction with the employee who towed us. He was extremely upbeat and turned a miserable situation into a somewhat enjoyable one.

There’s a lot of road construction going on around San Francisco, and wouldn’t you know it, i got a nail in two different tires, or some metal things. Anyway as bad luck as that can be, i found San Francisco Bay Area towing. They told me 45 min to one hour and they actually made it in that time. This is one of the best tow truck services i have ever hired.

Today I had something happen with my wheel. The front wheel came detached from my vehicle and went flying off onto the sidewalk. It was one of the scariest things I'd ever have happened. I found San Francisco Bay Area towing and told them the situation, how my vehicle was stuck in the road and wouldn't be able to be rolled or pushed. They sent out a flatbed tow truck to recover it for me. They were very careful getting the vehicle up onto the truck, and got it safely delivered to a local mechanic shop here in San Francisco. Thank you for your help.

I had a dead battery at my house. They came quickly with the correct battery and replaced the car battery with no problems. The car started right up. They even took my old battery with them, so I didnt have to deal with the hassle of disposing of the battery. I was saved from missing an appointment I had scheduled for a long time.
