Super lame! Driver claimed that he didn't see me or the car and as I was waving at hime he drove past and continued driving. He says he was waiting forever which just is not the case. When I called to ask him to come back he ignored my call - and then after calling the dispatcher they said contact insurance and hung up.

They came in less than half the eta predicted by the insurance company. I was blessed because there was also a training taking place so the trainee made things quicker because 2 pair of hands are always better than one. They were very pleasant, kind, personable and such gentleman. They communicated with me throughout the whole process which was pretty educational and enjoyable. They answered all my questions. I felt very secure with them towing my vehicle. I wish this type of smooth experience for anyone in need of a tow. They were also considerate and communicative to the nearby drivers and people

I had a fantastic experience. After the expected waiting time, the shining state-of-the-art truck arrived. The driver was courteous and super-professional. Since my car had to be transported from downtown San Francisco to my mechanic in Mountain View, I entrusted my car to him without hesitation. Once he arrived he sent me a message with a photo to put my mind at ease regarding my buddy (my Porsche 911).

I had a flat tire and contacted the affiliate service Atlas Towing, the towing professional are very dedicated to the job. I went to the Claudio Auto Repair, and the male worker told me he won't be able to replace the tire. I told the towing professional to bring my car to Goodyear, he didn't hesitate and say okay. He is very easy to communicate with.

Lost all coolant (nice puddle under car ;). Being a member of AAA called them, but after 1.5h hours of waiting AAA could not even provide me with an ETA. Not feeling like waiting for unknown time at 1am on Sat night in SF started calling local towing companies.
Atlas towing gave me a quote over the phone and provided an ETA of 45 minutes. They showed up in 40 minutes and we were home in another 40 minutes (19 miles). Entire process took less time than initial AAA wait.
Very professional, prompt, efficient, and curteous service. Next time would seriously consider calling them first before calling

I was connected to Atlas from my insurance provider due to a dead battery in my car and was impressed with how quickly they arrived and the service. I haven’t had a car in a very long time so wasn’t accustomed to a dead battery and the technician really helped. Fast service and friendly staff.

I assumed the fuel pump was going out on my vehicle, it wouldn't start but would turn over. I contacted Atlas through Geico to have them tow the car to my local auto shop. When the gentleman arrived, he helped me troubleshoot the issue, it turned out to be my key! Thanks atlas towing guy for saving me $$$

I got a flat tire on the freeway and called my car insurance company and they sent Atlas Towing. I was told it would be about a 60 minute wait but they arrived in 15 minutes. My dad came to meet me and we swapped cars so I could head home and he stayed with them. He said the gentleman was incredibly friendly and nice. Since we were parked to the side of the freeway and there was very limited space to change the tire, the gentleman called the company to send a bigger truck with two people to help block the right most lane from oncoming cars and they also helped to direct traffic so everyone was

My apologies this is late but I felt the need to write it. On February 8, 2021 my cousin was having a rough late evening (about 8p) After having a long night of tow trucks, inconsiderate, very sensitive, unhelpful drivers this guy George gets 10 stars. I believe we saw 4-5 drivers that night (yes it was really rough) & our last tow truck driver was George from Atlas towing his professionalism, his consideration, kindness was definitely above all that we encountered, he was very informative, willing to answer any questions & had high concern for our safety. He even took time to answer questions

Some of the nicest people you can interact with on a day when everything goes wrong.
I was able to call them and the dispatcher helped me redirect my car and talk me through the process. We the tow driver arrived he was so nice and friendly. He explained what he was doing and then drove me to TWO different mechanics. Super nice and really helpful pointing out good places to visit in the city for fixing your car.

I wanted to compose this review for ATLAS TOWING on YELP because of the exceptional, outstanding, & 5 customer service, which I received from the Atlas Tow Truck Representative Mr. Malcom Williams. He was extremely professional, courteous, solution- oriented, and a pleasure to interact with.
I needed to have my front right side flat tire changed. Plus, I had a dead battery. I was quite sure, no tow truck company would come to service me with two (2) significant car issues.
The Atlas Tow Truck arrived in less than ten (10) minutes. It was around 9 am, so it was still "RUSH HOUR

Horrible customer service. The woman that works the phones Marci is extremely rude. And frankly shouldn't be working in customer service if she's going to act that way and hang up on customers. Atlas towing should reconsider their employees because you just lost a frequent customer. I wonder how many other customers she's treated this way.

Called Geico and they were going to send Atlas, I called Atlas and they said they would send someone right away with a battery jumper. I let them know that someone tried that and I needed a truck and that I was in a garage at the hospital. Atlas dispatch said we have a truck that will fit in the garage (She knew which one) but it will be over an hour as they were on lunch. I waited 1.5 hours and they showed with a battery jumper, So I Explained you can try but I explained to your dispatch that it did not work when the garage employees tried to jump it. It did not work. Then he went to his truck

My car battery died 2 nights ago. Someone from Atlas Towing came to jumpstart my car so I could drive it from my parking spot to a repair shop 2 blocks away in SOMA.
It took around 35 minutes to jumpstart the car. He had initially connected wires to the front of the car, and those failed around 4 - 5 times over the course of 30 minutes. He finally connected a larger wire to the trunk, and it worked within a couple minutes.
After the car was jumpstarted, I slowly drove away from my parking spot, but less than 1 block down the street, my car died again on the street.
I quickly got out, walked

Geico called Atlas for me and I was really impressed! Derek, the driver, was kind and helpful and got me straight to my regular mechanic. While it's still a huge bummer to deal with car trouble, Atlas made it as pleasant as it could be. I'd recommend these folks and would personally call them again.
