I have been challenged to navigate life's many unexpected transitions, but by showing up for myself and doing the work, I tapped into a fountain of strength, energy, and truth within. This gave me the courage to quit my job after 7 years in corporate america, sell all my things and travel the world alone.
Based in Denver, CO, Venture Beyond provides Life Coaching without geographical barriers. I can support and guide you as you explore your Truth and navigate challenging and exciting life transitions. I offer a variety of coaching approaches, including Traditional Conversation, Mindfulness, Travel and Plant Medicine Retreats.
Jenna's Conversation offerings range from 1:1 coaching packages to transformational group work to special workshops and events. Begin to explore your inner truth and identity, clarify your aspirations, and recognize your struggles to gain greater awareness into your thoughts, beliefs, values, attitudes, and.
We will leverage yoga, meditation, and hiking as a stand alone experience or in conjunction with traditional coaching, which will enable us to go deeper in a shorter period of time. Below you will find tools to support you in getting out of your head and into your body. These techniques are excellent for grounding and connecting to yourself.
Join me on a transformational journey of a lifetime. This pilgrimage is intended for 6 specific souls ready to experience profound breakthroughs and transformation unique to this experience. Fall 2021, I felt called to leave my first ever Google review! This is for a service through Venture Beyond, life coaching sessions with Jenna. To let you know this is my second session working with Jenna as a life coach, first round was previous to lockdown/pandemic and I felt a stirring this year, there was something more Jenna could help me with, I trusted my intuition to reach back out to her and I am glad I did!

Working with Jenna has changed my life. I worked with her over a 6 month period in a life coach capacity and she helped me to accomplish my goals by going inward to first see what it is I truly wanted. She helped me to tap into parts of myself I wasn't listening to, that needed to be present and heard for me to do what I am here to do. I've attended several of Jenna's Yin classes around Denver. She brings in a deep level of mindfulness, intention, and care to her classes and helps you leave feeling renewed and revitalized. I highly recommend her classes and can't wait to take a hike with her, too!

Jenna is an amazing teacher and facilitator. I have done yoga and meditation with her. As well as being involved in a women's group which she facilitated. I always feel at ease in her presence and seen wholly. She is kind, wise, and present in all of her interactions. I cannot recommend working with Jenna enough. I am so impressed at her empathy and ability to journey WITH me as I discovered more about myself. Her selfless commitment to others is apparent when you start working with her and the approach she used with me was ideal for how I grow and learn: she guided and coached me to explore different things, but allowed me space to discover on my own. This was the perfect way for the learnings to stick with me. My experience with her changed my life and has been the single most impactful self-learning pursuit I've ever embarked on.

I had no idea what to expect when it came to having a coach. All I knew is that I wanted some guidance and clarity in my life and Jenna did that and more for me. I instantly felt a connection and knew she would be the perfect fit. Some days I rambled and some we meditated. Either way it was exactly what I needed at that moment. Working with Jenna was a key element of my spiritual journey and personal metamorphosis. I presented her with a long history of trauma related to humiliation and not-enoughness, you get the picture... I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jenna while developing some video and media content for Venture Beyond. I feel quite lucky to be in this position as I have gone through some of her Mindfulness exercises with her during production and have found them to be incredibly relaxing and useful! I find myself hearing some of Jenna's advice in my head at relevant times in my day.
