If you are looking for a great auto body shop that does quality work and color match, this is the one. Fantastic work and very happy. I left my SUV with them and after a little wait (which I think is a good sign) I got the car back and couldn't have been happier! The work was great, they kept me up to date and it felt like there was a human on the end of the phone who genuinely cared about my car.

I liked the service and repairs that were done on my car. But I had to make an extra visit because the part they ordered for my civic was wrong. I understand that can happen but I would have appreciated if they checked it before appointment.
Also, each time I expected some communication like - part is back in inventory, car ready to pick etc. I was the one to call and ask. I did expect to receive calls but I didn't. I understand that they might be short staffed, but wanted to call out on this.

This morning my eight year old accidentally slipped out of our van and tried to catch himself by placing his weight on the plastic mud flap. Unfortunately the mud flap pulled away from the van leaving it attached by only one white clip. I took my car to the dealership to see if I could simply pop this back in place but they told me not to touch it and take it to McLeods for proper repair. Gary met me at the estimate station and explained how to do the repair for less than $50 and the cost of doing it wrong - replacement costs start at $500. I had a significant accident in the snow and I had to get my car fixed right away. I had not used this auto body shop before, but I will from now on. Not only did they quote significantly lower than the other shop I've used at least 3 times now, they also got my car in right away, finished it 5 days sooner than promised, and their follow up was fantastic. Best of all, it looks brand new again and they said their repairs are guaranteed for the life of my car!
They also gave me a jar of paint for touch ups, a nice added touch/service.

These guys rock. Seriously. They were responsive to email. They answered questions. Took time to look over my car and get an idea of what I was looking to have done - they actually worked with me to address my concerns! That is NOT common in many businesses these days. The called to talk about work that was done and show me the progress to get my input on how far I wanted to take the repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased. No one looks forward to having to take their car to a body shop but I would not hesitate to take any of my cars back there again. The team is fantastic.

The quality of McLeod's work is beyond great. From inspection, estimate, work, vehicle handover, everything was on point. McLeod washed my car (both exterior and interior), they even polished my wheels too. Their attention to details is really impressive. I am new to the Seattle area and I guess I will stick with McLeod going forward.

I had the front bumper of my Audi repainted thanks to rock chips. The shop also applied touch-up paint on the rest of the car. The cost estimate was reasonable and matched the final price. The work was really quality, my car looks great. The turnaround time was quick, just a few days. The person I worked with, Gary, was very friendly and answered all my questions. I certainly recommend this place and will come back in the future if I need more work done.

I had a very pleasant experience with Gary back in Jan 2020 to fix a water leaking issue with my car. I own a 7-seater SUV and typically keep the 3rd row flat and in Jan I found one of the 2nd row seat belts grew molts and the flat trunk area was all wet. I'd like to keep this short (which is a good thing). McLeod Auto Body did a superb job on my BMW. I was almost at tears when I came to pick up my car after completion. This has been a hard time for everyone and with what feels the world on our shoulders, it can be hard to trust other people to give you transparency and honesty when it comes to the things we work hard for. After numerous failed attempts to fix their HORRIBLE BODY WORK, they were done, leaving our poor car repaired incorrectly. Unbelievable.
The elusive business owners Mark Cantrell & his wife Barb are about as unprofessional as they come. Barb hides behind Mark and Mark hides behind his email account from their house.
Mark personally stonewalled us until we eventually went away. Very dishonest individuals.
Definitely Not Recommended ‼

Please do not take your vehicle to this shop for repair. The shop will not advocate with the customers to use OEM parts with your insurance company. I would recommend metro auto rebuilt if you own an European vehicle. This shop will only use OEM parts for your vehicle.
