When we started Rusty's in 1988, we set out to be the go-to towing company in the Columbus, Ohio region.
At Rusty's Towing Service, we don't just perform your standard light, medium, and heavy duty tows. We handle a variety of vehicular issues ranging from lockouts to jumpstarts to fuel deliveries to equipment transportation and more. We've been in this business long enough to accrue a wide assortment of vehicles and equipment, so our clients can rest assured that no matter what's gone wrong, we probably have the gear to get the job done.
In addition to our towing and recovery services, we also offer financing and business credit applications for qualifying companies. Our accounts department is always willing to add new accounts for credit service. Individual customers with accounts with Rusty's may also qualify for monthly billing for payment of services.

Had a terrible experience with them. The dispatchers where rude and talked to me like I was bothering them. Then we tried to get our truck back AND they came up with a long story of how they were not going to give it back. At the end a shop called me and told us that, Rusty's just had drop the truck off and left. Very bad experience with this company and would not recommend.

Had my doughnut burst on the way to replacing it. Rustys was incredible fast and affordable. It took only 30 minutes for them to get to me, and was much cheaper than expected. My driver Rut was very professional and supplied good conversation during a stressful time. Will for any future towing needs!

Service was quick, professional and overall great! After waiting for 7 hours for AAA or Allstate free towing to come, i decided to call around and chose Rusty due to reasonable pricing. Rusty's was professional and quick to come to my rescue (came within an hour or less). I had the pleasure to meet Austin. He was kind, professional and very helpful! Amazing people! We had a gravel truck stuck in our driveway. Not only did they spend hours trying to get him unstuck, they made sure not to damage our fence while doing so. Driver had an amazing attitude! And so did the second one that came out to help! And as if doing all this in the cold, snowy, night, wasn't enough, they also helped him make the gravel delivery!! Everyone had a great attitude and went above and beyond!! Highly recommend!
