Well it’s gotten better , the staff is always nice especially Lou but stuff still don’t work

It’s been one thing after another the air conditioning went out the first month and tis out again my stove eyes caught a fire and if that’s not enough you have to deal with people who are disrespectful don’t know they’re own identity , I’m not a person who cares what the next persons doing I work and need peace and quite I pay on time and expect to have things working right …. Now I’ve had an attempted break in … enough is enough , please don’t waste your money Or time …

Good luck trying to get anything fix or corrected here. The girls in the office are sooooo rude and disrespectful. They never leave the office to look at anything and they don’t care about the property or residents. No wonder they go through so many maintenance guys. Once you are moved in, they don’t care anymore.

I have been in my apartment for a month and a half with no proper AC. I have complained numerous times to the staff and all I get is reasons why they can't fix it. I pay my rent on time and if I didn't pay my rent on time I will be properly evicted. I meet their terms but they refuse to meet mine as far as living conditions are concerned. I highly recommend not coming here if you can afford it.
They have made me feel as if they are not concerned on my living conditions. I know that the office they sit in is well air conditioned everyday. And if it wasn't it would be fixed as soon as possible.

I DO NOT recommend living here unless you're just looking for a place to stay because you cannot find anything else. The community is friendly; however, the buildings are old and not well maintained. I moved out April 2020 due to the raise in rent, which it is not worth the money. Maintenance is friendly however the fixes done were band-aids placed over serious issues. It took over a year for them to fix the air conditioning issue after many calls to the front office. I used the dishwasher twice and it flooded my kitchen and my neighbors entire unit. My boyfriend and I lived here for about a year and it was decent. We were always treated well by staff and management and even ended up getting all of our deposit back except a fee for broken blinds. The grounds are kept clean and trash doesn’t pile up too often but the laundry facilities are not to be trusted cause they’ll eat your coin. We never used the pool because it never seemed to be too clean. The complex does have an issue with pests. Our apartment constantly had roaches from the time we moved in until the day we left no matter how much spray or how many traps we used even after finding

Thank GOD I dodged a bad experience moving here. On the tour you look at this really nicely renovated unit. Then after you apply they reveal that unit is $75 more per month then their advertised price. Also, they want your $300 NOT REFUNDABLE money before you can look at a unit. Im too smart to be thrown into your pit of old not renovated apartments you giving away after being sold a lie. Lets not forget I was given the run around by the office staff stating I had to deal with 1 person who was NEVER there. Very frustrating and so glad I only wasted $30 on the app fee. Keep looking if you dont want

I recently moved to Parklane Apartments 4 month ago and I love it!!. The staff is friendly and the environment is nice. The staff has been more than helpful getting my maintenance request issues handled in a timely manner. I live in a 1 bedroom which is very spacious!!! The rent is reasonable and very affordable. The location is close to 277,I20,I77, down town, etc. I have recommended this complex to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

I have lived in Parklane Apartments for almost a year. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. I haven’t had any problems with management when I ask to get stuff fixed. Once it took two days to get something fixed, but the maintenance guy was out sick so he came the next day. My apartment is nice and was real clean when I moved in. I like the neighborhood and its close to where I work. My neighbors are nice an there is lots of parking. The apartments are older, but they are still nice.
