Gabrielle the “manager” is an absolute joke. We brought some problems to her attention (neighbors throwing parties at 1:30am every Friday night & our cars being broken into in the complex parking lot) with no resolution. Extremely hard to get a hold of. Young manager with 0 professionalism. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood this place is not for you.

This place is amazing in almost every way - only thing that bothers me is that there is no good way to dispose of large items - no dumpsters, can't put things by the curb - you have to contact the property manager to schedule a time for someone to come pick up items and be available to let them in - essentially for anything that can't fit into the trash bins. Internet speed is not amazing but normally gets the job done - upgrades on that are available though for extra $$. Those two things have been headaches but other than that I am super pleased with this complex.

If you cook, I mean anything....rolls, eggs, pizza, shrimp linguine, roasts, baked goods, anything at all... don't move here. The fire alarms go off EVERY SINGLE TIME. And they're loud, annoying, and sensitive. My dog is now on Prozac to get through a meal. If you order out all 3 meals, GREAT PLACE!
