My ceiling fell on me At 2:00am and now my apt is cold.but the landlady said she will be here to see.im still wa
iting.its been 3days .then when they did fix my ceiling they left me a big whole mess in my room and didn't clean it up.i had stay up all night cleaning the mess they made.i took pictures.mess on my stairway all the way to the front door.they didn't even ask me if I was ok.the landlady said the supervisor was going to show up but never did .i can't believe people treat they renters like this .

If I could rate this property, there would be no rating!!! This is by far the worst property I've ever lived at. From the unlawful towings while being a current resident. I'm so glad I'm moving. Where do I begin? I was overcharged for rent and the property states that I owe them more money. All documentation verifying proof that I paid the appropriate amount was provided to the property and they still accused me of lying and proceeded to lie all throughout the process of getting this issue resolved. If I could rate these apartments 0 stars I would !!!!!! ROACHESSSSSSSSSSSS. everywhere you go there is a roach! I have very sensitive skin and would randomly break out into rashes & im 100% sure it was because of roaches literally being everywhere. I’m a very clean person and I will scrub walls if i have to, nothings works APARTMENTS is INVESTED!!! Honestly they need to burn these apartments to the ground and start over, this is ridiculous! Do not let the affordable rent price fool you! You are paying to stay in a apartment full of roaches! Every roach that you can name they have them !!!!! Please

This is the worst place anyone can live at, they have roaches, hot water does not work sometimes, AC does not in the summer time, every vent is connected so you literally smell everything your neighbors cook or smoke in their apartment. Kitchen is so tiny. the toilets are falling apart and really old . the Leasing manager sucks, they dont fix anything, they just put stuff together and just say they fixed it.

I have been here over 4 years. I keep renewing my lease because everything is very great here with the manager and the whole crew in general. They are always very attentive. If I have an issue it is address in timely manner. The pricing is better than most and it is very worth it. I find it very comfortable to live here. Like I mention before every one is nice and very professional at what they do. There is enough parking space area and I like that towing is enforced this keeps our place more clean. I look forward to many more years here.

If I could give the a 0 star rating I would. They have really bad service, as winter season comes the shower water is super cold and they don’t do nothing about it and if they do they take weeks to fix it. They charge so much for the water bills(around $270) and honestly what’s the point of paying so much if they don’t do anything to give out a good service. Plus with all of the covid stuff they gave out a number to call incase we needed something like maintenance etc.. and when we try to call they never answer even though they are in the office, and what’s the point of them even having

I moved in almost three years ago , and to be honest things have been so much better . I see the place is more clean and my problems all fixed . There is plenty of parking. I am very happy with MR Ricardo for fixing my problem . My apartment is Roach free because I maintain it clean and it gets serviced as requested or as prevention . The office is always good to responding my emails . Thank you everyone for making this feel like home . I highly recommend this place. I give it a five star for all the effort that has been put in this property lately . It’s really cozy place .

The only reason i am rating them a one star is because i can’t rate them as a zero. This has been a horrible experience for us as first time renters. They haven’t had consistent office workers since moving in during the month of March 2019. Our air went out 2 weeks after moving in. They fixed it then the air went out 3 months later and it took them a week to come fix it after us practically begging them to come fix it in the middle of the summer(Over 95 degree weather). They have lately been trying to change the office’s operation hours without notifying the residents and trying to charge
