Home care involves health-care services provided within a client's home.
Home care giving is a collaborative effort involving the client, the client's family, the physician and a professional caregiver to provide caregiving services in the home that improves the client's quality of life by maximizing recovery/support, minimizing illness and disabilities, maintaining or even improving health and promoting client independence along with a renewed sense of well being.

My father lives in an assisted living and we don't use the in house help, they just never arrive when he needs them and they are always short handed. When we first started using Miracles for him, he was resistant, and he didn't care for the first couple of gals, but then they found Jean for him and they hit it off right away. My dad now looks forward to seeing his caregiver every day, he actually has become reliant on him. It has been 3 years since we hired them and we could not be happier that we did. Working for Miracles Life Care became a passion of mine. Caring for others went as far back as my first job ever. In the summer of 1985 I had my first job working for a couple with MS. That lead to a lifetime career of looking after older adults and their families. Over the years Miracles taught me how to perform exercises with clients to keep them mobile, safely transfer them without ever having a fall in 12 years, to report and identify emergencies or life threatening situations before they became a problem. Thank you Rose and my care staff. If it wasn't for you and the care your folks provided me and my wife would be lost. We have tried so many other agencies but no one could last more than a couple days. Mom can be so difficult with her tantrums and your caregiver made her light up, talk, laugh and it is just such a relief to know there are people out there who will not give up on us. I want everyone to know how exemplary the care is. See you in a few more days, I really needed a break.

Recovering from major surgery robs a person of their independence and normal abilities for a period of time.
