I recently sold my home and an agent from Big Block represented the buyer. In the initial offer email, Chelsea Wilson states that she and Issac Cardona will cover up to $2,500 in repair costs. The buyer did request a $2000 repair credit and when my agent reached out to Chelsea, she stated via text "Sorry I'm on vacation in NY. Would be great for the seller to extent the credit to the buyer, since we all are working hard for our commissions in this market. If the seller can't, we completely understand, won't be a deal and we'll make sure we close ''.

Being a first time home buyer was a daunting process. Fortunately, Greg Martin made the home buying process seamless in such a turbulent market. Greg was very responsive and would always get an answer if one wasn't present. There was never a bad time to go visit a home or a time he was unavailable. Greg has a high level of professionalism and once in the escrow process made it EXTREMELY simple. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Greg and Big Block. I'm very impressed with the customer service at this agency. I was having an issue with a realtor that was being dishonest to his buyers and when I looked him up, it originally said he worked at this office (he no longer does) so I called to explain the matter. We confirmed very early on that he was no longer working with them and they took their time looking up his current info so I can get in contact with him. I was surprised how thorough they were and respect their high standards for their realtors.

So long story short these people do not do proper repairs they refuse to pay the people they hire to do the work on there houses they buy in different states Gus Guzman and Juan refuse to pay to have a roof done right refuse to pay people who properly paint there houses but wait there is more the inside of there house on Whipple was literally painted over black mold. No permits at all recommended not to buy houses from this company

Greg Martin hustles. That's all there is to it. He works hard, is super responsive, and clearly knows what he's doing. Greg has great connections for staging and photography which helped with the sale of my property quickly even during a pandemic! Greg also leverages his network to great effect and even some of my neighbors became Greg fans during the sale. He's just an all around good guy! If you're a seller, he's going to work his butt off to get your property sold for top dollar... If you're a buyer, he'll do whatever it takes to find you what you're looking

We purchased a home last year with Greg Martin's amazing help. If you are looking for a realtor who is accessible, fun, intelligent, knows his business, and honest, then you want Greg Martin. He also is great at listening and finding you details you didn't know you wanted. Greg Martin has great relationships with other realtors too (which speaks volumes about him and his reputation as a realtor because so many other realtors like him too) so he was always able to get questions about homes we visited answered quickly. I also don't think he sleeps because he answers texts so quickly
