Dobrin Property Management's portfolio has been carefully designed and renovated to offer our residents a great balance between comfort and cost. We specialize in young professional and off-campus student housing, offering spacious living areas that surround you with privacy, time-saving conveniences, and maximum livability.

Yes, there is a $25 application fee per applicant and a $50 admin fee per applicant upon approval of the application. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after 11:59PM on the 5th of the month.
Please follow the instructions below on how to request maintenance via the Tenant Web Access. You must submit a Service Issue (Work Order/Maintenance Request) through the Tenant Web Access (TWA) for any Maintenance requests to be completed. This allows the Maintenance Technicians to be more efficient, thus closing more Service Issues.
If you have not already received an email with your move in time, please call our office at (804) 257-9893. This welcome letter will provide important information and will help to expedite your move in. Please take some time to review the information below and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Return keys to Dobrin Property Management by 12:00 pm on your lease end date by placing your keys in an envelope with your name and forwarding address written on the exterior. Keys must be returned to the office, and can be placed in the secured lock box at the front of the building. You must be moved out by 12:00 pm on your lease end date.

The process was very easy, I was able to tour the home I was interested in immediately and they worked with me for the lease start date so I wouldn’t have to pay double rent for a month while I moved. My family moved into one of the homes that Dobrin manages on October 1st, 2021. From the time we met Jimmy until today we have had nothing but professional and courteous service from this property management company. I actually put in a service request an hour ago about my heat (this can all be done online!) and Miguel, one of the most respectful and professional individuals I’ve met, is at my home fixing the problem right now. I had an appointment scheduled today to look at an apartment. I got there a little early. Was surprised to see trash in the bushes/out front of the door, and mouse traps/bait on patios. A little off putting but I figured maybe the problem is under control.

Saem was awesome! I couldn't find the address so I was late to the viewing, but she still came back to show me everything. She was very thorough with information, the application process, and what to expect! She went above and beyond to check to see if I had any incidents on my name before I applied and has helped me more than any agent I've came in contact with before! I hope she ends up being my rental manager I can go to, as she's very easy, relatable and HONEST!! Love it

I know when it comes to finding rentals most the time it boils down to sheer luck, that is getting everything you want in a property. I’m even more lucky because on top of finding a house that I absolutely love, the property management has been incredibly helpful with the whole process, in particular Saem who has answered all my calls. She is awesome! Super responsive and always helpful with questions I have. Also the rent is on point, as I’m sure you’ve all noticed rent going up beyond reasonable measure in the city. So I feel like I lucked out on multiple fronts with Dobrin Property Management

I love Saem! She’s absolutely the best and is almost like the cool mom leasing agent. Her responsiveness and professionalism is absolutely flawless but also she’s not too formal like everyone else. She makes doing adult things like paying bills and whatever adult people do ...less dreadful (because I’m a college student just stepping into the adult realm *sigh*). She’s a great addition to Dobrin and I am thankful we got her and not anyone else.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Saem on multiple instances regarding questions about my property. She was very polite and extremely helpful each time I talked to her.
