I have narrowing of the eye.
A cataract behind the eye and I was shocked when my dr told me this and scared.
After reading about the narrowing of the eye and cataract behind the eye I felt a lot better.
My DR. Is wanting me to have surgery after reading about these things I wasn’t so afraid anymore because I now know I’ll be ok and better off I’ll be able to see 20/20 which I never have so I’m glad my DR. Caught this quickly so I’ll have a life of better quality.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. 3 of my family members have used EyeCare Optical FC for two years. I had been lucky enough not to need their services until 3 weeks ago when I got a moderate to severe eye infection. I stopped by the office and asked for help, the receptionist checked the schedule and got me an appointment the next morning. My eye improved after 7 days but not fully. I returned to the office and was worked in to see Dr. Stone again. She prescribed different meds and within 48 hours I can see a HUGE difference. The entire staff is extremely helpful, caring and professional.

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Joy Stone. We arrived for our appointment. I was happy to be getting him in to see her because she is also my optometrist. When we arrived, I explained that due to my husbands medical conditions, he can not wear a mask. The receptionist said that she would have to get approval for him to be seen. I understand that. She got the approval. However, Dr. Joy Stone decided to refuse to see my husband explicitly because he could not wear his mask, hence because of his medical condition. She was a total B. She even made the receptionist cry. I have never been treated

Dr. Stone is very nice and ever so knowledgeable and professional. I have been going to eye doctors all of my life and this is the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever received. Her expertise ennabled me to wear contacts again which was the first time for me in 15 years. Dr. Stone at EyeCare Optical is THE Gold Standard. Also, her staff is polite, pleasant and very helpful. First time visit, I was able to get an emergency visit in 15 minutes from the time I called the office. I live very close to the office. I went in with a very uncomfortable scratch to my eye. It was painfull, my eye was red, swollen watering. Dr. Stone was very patient, informative and polite. This being my first time to any eye doctor I didn't know what to expect. I left feeling better than when i got there out of discomfort and worry with my eye. The visit took about 30 mnts in and out.

Absolute worst eye exam experience.
Every single employee, including the doctor, were all extremely rude.
When I made my appointment, I specifically stated that I would like to have my pupillary distance measured in addition to the routine eye exam.
When I arrived to my appointment, I was initially examined by a technician. I repeated my request for a pupillary distance measurement - she nodded along and made me feel assured that this is something I would get. She then dilated my eyes and asked that I go sit in the lobby until I could feel the effects.
That’s when the sales lady jumps in

Establishment says it specializes in emergency’s, I went to get a contact because mine tore at work down the street, I have a contact prescription via 1800 but they werent able to use it to give me a single contact. I was told It was unlawful and the only other option I was given was to sit and wait to see a doctor. I’m at work with no time, they did not tend to my emergency therefore I believe shouldn’t market themselves as an emergency optometry service.
