If I could give this place a one star review I would.
TENANTS BEWARE…. For starters, this is not a good neighborhood as you will have noisy neighbors, car break-ins, sounds of gun shots and have random people constantly parking in your assigned spot. Maintenance takes months to address any concerns that you might have. When maintenance finally gets around to your work order they simply slap plaster or paint over the issue so that it’s not only you can’t see the issue but it also didn’t get fixed. Upon move out they will hit you with every little “damage” charge they possibly can.

Overall i love my townhome … it is very spacious.. some cons are some townhomes do not have balconies which is completely unfair. They take about 4-5 weeks to complete a work order . I sent an email 4 days ago to the leasing office i still have heard nothing. But the kicker is this is a humongous property and they only have ONE compactor literally ONE. Most people drive with trash in or on top of their car. The trash overflows out the compactor EVERYDAY. It’s really not a pretty site. They have two pools but one compactor

Not happy I have been here since February and had multiple packages stolen and my car broken into. The response from the complex is that I should purchase a camera so I can see who is stealing from me. As a single woman I no longer feel safe however it will cost a small fortune to break my lease. In addition to those issues my electric wiring in the apartment has cause a number of outlets not to work and the plumbing has flooded the first floor of my place. Counting down until my lease is over .

I was impressed with how beautiful the Townhouses are inside. We toured two different Townhouses. The decision to choose one was difficult because they have there own unique and distinctive styles. When we arrived for the tour, we were greeted by the staff with respect, friendly faces and smiles. Mr. Bennett who gave us a great tour both times, gave us lots of information and answered all of our questions with satisfaction about the difference between each Townhouse and information about the neighborhood and where everything is located in the neighborhood. This place has curb appeal. Very beautiful property inside and out. I didn't even realize how large the complex was until I went on the website and saw a site map. It was so cozy when I drove up. Wendy was so helpful and answered all of my questions. She really kept thing straight forward and simple for me. I work in sales and I know when I'm hearing just fluff. She was very refreshing. Even though the location is not ideal for me I will still apply anyway because I was so impressed with the property.
