I lived in this apartment complex for around 2 years and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The price was dirt cheap, but the quality of living was terrible. The main issue is that the buildings are not sealed properly so mold ends up growing all over the apartment. Mold on the walls, the AC vent, the patio door, the windowsills, the bathroom wall, the shower faucet, and closets. We told them multiple times and they would come and clean it, but they did nothing to fix the real issue which is a building that is not sealed properly. We had to buy a new shower curtain every 2-3 months because

I applied for an apartment here back in February if I’m correct. I was moving from California to Michigan which in itself was already stressful. Communication was great in the beginning with Mahrissa. I then emailed her to follow up on my application where she then very vaguely let me know my application was denied and they would issue me a refund on my reservation fee. I emailed back and asked what the reason for denial was since she didn’t state why I was being denied. She never replied. I also found it weird that I was never notified from Experian that my credit was ran, which I always get

I don't believe we've lived here an entire month yet but we absolutely love the environment and culture of the community ! Our property manager, Mahrissa, was incredibly personable and helpful during our entire process. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and was extremely knowledgeable. We had a lot of stress transitioning from out of state and Mahrissa was remarkably accommodating. We also want to recognize Roy for attending to our repair requests so quickly ! We have never had an apartment experience like this. We appreciate the entire team for their attention to

Worst place I have ever lived. Just recently broke my rim one of their many potholes they can't seem to fix (they've been here since November, before Covid) and didn't even get a call back when we inquired what they were doing about them. But that's kinda the case, you call and never hear back, even through 3 different teams of people in the last couple years.
Two of our neighbors had cockroaches, seems to be a problem here.

The staff at Greenfield is amazing and always ready to help! Landscape it well maintained and the area for the most part is quiet. The maintenance team is always polite and courteous. The location is conveniently located in GR making commute almost anywhere a breeze!
This summer we enjoyed soaking up the rays in the kid friendly walk in pool, and picking up fresh goods from the community garden! Thank you Greenfield for making us feel welcome and at home.

Love these apartments! I've been looking for a place where I can have my dog for awhile. I haven't lived in an apartment for over 40 years. This complex is my perfect fit. 20 acres in the middle of the city & Nature trails to walk my fur baby. Very clean, 24 hour maintenance, & the friendliest staff I've met in my apartment search. I visited twice, and called many times. I was shown so much compassion & professionalism by the Leasing agent each & every time I called them. I am now excited to move! Change is hard & they understood what I was going thru - Definitely
