My wife and I have lived here a little over a year now and we love it. The apartments are nice, good size and price is decent. So far we have had a great experience with management and maintenance. We also love living in Gretna, a great alternative to living in Omaha. Would highly recommend these apartments.

NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! The apartment manager Kim is a really stupid. It takes many calls to get one thing fixed. When you do call, she often acts like it is the first time she ever heard of it, so count on it taking about 1 month to get things fixed. I contacted her about moving out and she said I never did, making me pay for 1 whole month that I won't be living there. Liberty Property Management, who owns Northridge Apartments, are also worthless. I have talked to many people that feel the same way. There has been nothing but problems here.
