We have lived here now for six years. Since Lund Company assumed management In the past two years, our rent has been raised 10% (7% last year and another 3% this year) In addition, we are now charged for water and sewer which previously was covered in the rental lease. The management company has attempted to justify the rent increase up to what they call "market rates" However, the complex is aging and the entire building is showing its age with relatively few renovations, and management is somewhat apathetic to residents requests. Many residents have decided to leave in the past year and employees

My husband and I have lived at Lakeside Hills Apartments for 10 months. The staff is helpful and friendly. The property is well kept, close to shopping and parks with great walking trails. The complex has several floor plans to choose from, with underground parking and garbage shoots on each floor. There is an excersize room, excersize classes, a library and a pool for summer swimming. We enjoy living here and recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, but fun and friendly community

I have lived here for nearly five years and enjoy my life here very much. The location is perfect and in a safe part of town. My beautiful spacious two bedroom two balcony apartment feels so much like a home, never has felt like an apartment. Jennifer and all the staff are terrific and I love living here!

My mom has lived in Lakeside Hills Apartment for almost 5 years now. She loves it and I am so happy she is in such a nice apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is terrific and they offer… activities at the clubhouse so there is always something to do. Also, the clubhouse, which can be rented out, was the perfect location for our mom’s 80th birthday party! The underground parking is also a huge plus! Five stars for sure!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife I have lived lakeside a little over two years now. We love the amenities Lakeside has to offer. Including a refurbished clubhouse, nice size swimming pool, gym, library, elevators and heated underground parking spaces. Also every month Lakeside puts out a newsletter with a list of activities for the month. Activities includes such things… as a movie night, birthday and social parties and fun and games. It's almost like being on an endless cruise or at a 5 star resort. Also close to shopping and restaraunts. Jennifer our General manager and Tony our maintenance manager do an awesome
