Every apartment is cleaned, painted and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence. Prorated rent, Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and optional services such as internet, Dish Network, and garages.

Pros: nice apartment, washer, dryer, large space, beautiful grounds, plenty of parking
Cons: walls are thin AF. Can hear neighbors TV across the hall, when they are talking, can hear upstairs neighbors talking too. I shouldn’t be able to make out conversations. I can only imagine the noise my neighbors hear from my family lol! Anyways I know people are just living; just annoying because you would think new apartments would have insulation but these definitely do not.

We’ve been here almost 3 years now and have had little to no complaints. It’s a great community place and we’ve enjoyed living here. However, it has become increasingly more frustrating with the clubhouse not being open to rent out. I don’t have any family here and we’ve been wanting to host a get together, but have been unable to because the clubhouse isn’t available to rent. We also have our son’s first birthday party that we wanted to have here, but we can’t because it’s closed and not open for people to rent out. My boyfriend and I have only been here nearly a month, but it’s been a great experience! We were never planning to move into an apartment but circumstances led us here and we love it so much that we could see ourselves staying for quite some time. The VERY FEW minor issues I have had have been completely out of the control of management, and when brought to their attention, management always has someone out to me in less than a hour to mediate it. They also call to follow up and make sure the problem was taken care of completely after a week! It is clean, quiet, friendly, and very reasonably

Everything about this place is great, except getting packages delivered. Since we have moved in we have found it difficult to receive Amazon packages. There is a chandler road which gets confused for chandler road plaza and a lot of our packages get delivered to a house over there even after we have added explicit delivery instructions. I can't say it's any person's fault but it is a major inconvenience to have, especially in the middle of a pandemic. The management is aware about this issue but it seems like they don't know how to solve the problem. It is especially troublesome when you have friends

The snow removal is abismal here. The first big snow we got I was able to make it home but had to dig my way Into the complex itself. When I contacted the office they just made excuses and passed the buck. This time I barely made it into the complex and then was unable leave the next morning. It didn’t even look they tried....
I’m sure they’ll just pass the buck this time too
Do not move in here unless you have all wheel drive

Mother Nature dumped a LOT of snow all over Omaha, all day long on Monday. The property cleared walkways the morning after the snow/wind stopped. Kudos to their hard work in this weather! I've got friends at other apartment places that are having issue with trucks plowing....I'm sure everyone is stretched thin right now. Patience is a virtue! Keep up the good work!

I signed a short lease at Andover with the intention of going month to month if I needed to stay in town longer. I was waiting to be relocated for work but the timeline was undefined. All of the three associates I interacted with in the office quoted me the same lease terms from the time I started making early inquiries until the signing of my lease. At the end of my lease I found out they had been incorrect about the terms concerning month to month fees. I checked my lease online and found that the terms were very different than the amounts they advertised.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. I have lived here for two years and am planning to move into a two bedroom here in December. The apartments themselves are updated and beautiful. I LOVE having a washer/dryer in the unit. I live on the first floor and I will say, there have been instances with the hearing the upstairs neighbors from time to time, but nothing that we haven't gotten used to. I hear no noise from the surrounding units though, which has been nice.

I have lived here for officially a year. Overall great apartment, I love the location everything isn’t to far from need. Tammy has always been a generous help when it comes to anything or any questions.
Maintenance is always on top of it whenever there is an issue. The only thing is the walls are super paper thin so you can hear your neighbors on occasion, but for the most part great apartments & pretty mellow environment :)
