I lived in numerous apartment complexes and have had different experiences with maintenance. I want to praise your maintenance men for their fast response and follow through. I called and within 15 minutes they were already at my door ready to fix my issues. They were kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated them.

Rent was increased without explanation and when I e-mailed the property managers asking for a reason why I was never replied too. Now being charged a $110 late fee for not paying an amount of rent that I never agreed too. They had always responded to me before about other issues but of course when it comes to money there is silence. On top of all this, I had to buy a garage because my car has been damaged multiple times while sitting in the parking lot, as well as people screaming racial slurs and fighting outside in the middle of the night on an almost daily basis with nothing being done. After living here for one year (September 2020-September 2021), my husband and I have decided to relocate for more space. We rented a 1BR "Gala" style apartment at 520 Sq. Ft. We lived here for 7 years. The biggest issue I have is that they lie, then stand behind that lie. They took our deposit. I tried calling multiple times to get my deposit and kept getting blown off. It took 3 months to find out I'm only getting $30 back. the apartment was left in perfect condition, but they are charging for 1 day. I was never told the 'proper' move out process and I was charged for the last day. I was told I had through the 1st. So I turned everything in on the 1st. Cons : If you come home after 7pm good luck finding parking ! There are no marked visitor spots nor limit on the number of vehicles allowed per unit, therefore I have to park several buildings away and then troop to my apartment. (Our building isn't even at full occupancy and yet still not enough) When I spoke to office about it, I was offered no solution, they just said "i hope it gets better". Also apartments are small and appliances are out of date for paying 800 a month.

I'm very disappointed in the property management. My elderly mother looked at this property and having obvious mobility issues, was shown an apartment with the only close parking being up a flight of steps. She would have had to have parked a significant way away to avoid the steps she never could have negotiated. The apartment was also in a smoking building which she didn't notice at first. She agreed to take the apartment and gave a $200 deposit. I was out of town at the time and wasn't able to view the apartment myself until 6 days later. I immediately knew parking was an issue

First of all, I have not lived there, but the quote I received made sure I could not afford to live there. False advertising on sites advertising their available units. I was looking for a studio apartment, at $738 for a 525 Sq Ft. apartment in an older bldg. no less. When asked about the advertised units, response was we don't have anything like that.Tack on the deposits, admin fees and pet fees.. I could have made 3 mortgage payments. The consultants were nice, but were a bit on pushy side.

I love living here. Quiet, reasonably priced, and your own private entry (instead of sharing a stinky, smoky hallway entrance with a ton of other people), and a tiny patio space. Very dog-friendly, the premises are always kept clean & maintenance is always quick to respond to anything that needs to be taken care of. The ladies in the office are friendly & helpful. The laundry room is spacious & I've never had a problem with finding an open washer or dryer. No complaints at all! I only wish the clubhouse hours for the gym and pool were 24/7 or at least maybe controlled by key before

We lived here five years ago the apartments weren't very well taken care of and the ladies in the office are completely rude. My grandma now lives there and they are still rude do not ever rent out the clubhouse they will find ways to take your deposit and they treat you rudely. Janice that works in the office is probably the worst she is very rude and has no people skills whatsoever.

So far I am loving AppleCreek! The staff us been so welcoming from my first visit. I really felt like they card and remembered me! The apartment looked great when I moved in and maintenance was super helpful about a few tiny things I wanted fixed.
The only drawback is how loud my upstairs neighbors are. Thank goodness it's not at night. An unfortunate hazard of apartment living!

Just moved into these apartments about 3 days ago and it has been absolutely amazing! The area is nice and relaxing while the apartments are nice and spacious especially the club house. Also, the staff tend to the needs of their tenants as soon as help is needed. I would highly recommend Apple Creek to anyone trying to find an apartment in the Omaha area.

Apts are ok. Has indoor pool. However was told was cable ready from the person who got us into the apartment. Which it was not and mentioned this to the front office and management above the lady we spoke to added that it has cable hookups. Well that's not cable ready and you only get one option for internet or TV which is Cox Communication and they failed to notice it was not cable ready as well. Make sure if you go here to have all hookups checked before move in because it will be at least 72 hours before Cox can hook up the basics after setting up with them. The second bathrooms tub was

Absolutely WORST place to live! Take my advice and never sign a lease here. Not only do you have to beg to get maintenance to shovel or salt the stairs & sidewalks, but when you complain to the office they act like they could care less. They don't care if tenants could potentially hurt themselves by falling. So, you have to go out and buy salt, when the apartment should be taking care of it, and salt the stairs, sidewalks, and parking lot yourself.

I have lived here for 11 months and will most likely be resigning my lease. My rent will be increased a bit but from what I have researched this is the best price around for what you will be getting. The pool is fabulous, they have a game room with darts and pool tables, a small workout room, dog park, patio with grills, open areas to play with kids. The staff has never disappointed me. They are super nice and work is always done within 2 days, most times the very next day depending on the job. Neighbors are friendly but I tend to keep to myself. The clubhouse is open until 9pm so the amenities

I never thought that living on the second floor ants would be a problem but they are! Maintenance has come countless of times to spray our apartment but still they come back.

I have lived here for 6 months and my Husband and I love it! Maintenance is always very quick to fix anything that breaks. It is a nice quiet area, nice people as neighbors, we have made friends with some. The grounds are nice and love how pet friendly it is. The staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely be nice people.

Love the private entrances, not having to share a giant hallway and smell what everyone else is doing is a blessing.
Maintenance was awesome, worked quickly and had no problems with things not getting done.
Leasing agents were very nice.
Loved how pet-friendly (dog especially) the whole place was.
Really the only reason I was happy to go was the fact that rent was high and getting higher. If you can afford it, it can be a great place!
