Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Christine was really helpful and kind with the whole process, since the first moment we meet with her, to helping us with the application process . She was great, always answering our questions with patience.
The place looks really well maintained, and the tour Christine gave us was really nice.
The office always answers the phone and emails when you try to contact them and if there’s any case someone’s busy giving a tour they always make sure to give a call back.
Nothing but good things to say so far :)

My wife and I are very happy living here. The management team here is by far the most responsive and quick to act to any maintenance issues you may have a unit. Apartment driveways are usually filled with potholes and riddled with cracks. New season they've patched each major pothole promptly and are now in the stages of resurfacing the whole lot.

If anyone is looking for a well maintained establishment, extremely kind staff, and top of the line living conditions, Georgetowne Apartments is most definitely the place to be. Amazing location relative to the surrounding area, pet friendly with an awesome walking trail directly to the west, TWO pools with gated access AND an on site fitness center

I have lived in Georgetown Apartments for 17 years lol. I love it!! The Apartments are in a great location and are clean and spacious. The leasing office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Mary the manager is absolutely amazing! Always very welcoming and goes way above and beyond to make sure you are happy! The property is very dog and kid friendly. Plus it's a great community. I have made some great friends since I have been here. Almost forgot about the maintenance staff they are also great! Always friendly and very quick at getting things fixed. Needless to say I highly recommend

I cannot express fully enough how great my experience has been since moving here in April, 2021. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for my daughter and I. The management staff, lead by the stellar Mary, is friendly, courtesy, and down to earth. My interactions with them have been nothing but positive, greetings everytime they see me, and truly help make this feel like a wonderful community. The grounds are routinely cleaned, landscaped, and very welcoming for kids and dogs. If an issue or question comes up, I receive prompt follow up - the 24 hour on site maintenance staff are empathetic
