A 2000 graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Doctor of Optometric Medicine, Dr. Bustillo-Osborne has been practicing optometry since 2000. She has worked at For Eyes (2000-2005), Pearle Vision (2005-2016), and has opened her private practice in West Kendall since the beginning of 2017. Dr. Bustillo-Osborne takes the time to explain your prescription, the health of your eyes, and the best available options for your corrected vision.

Horrible customer service! Receptionist took our broken frames in order to find a replacement for them. She never called us to inform us of status, and when we returned to pick up our broken frames she said she didn't have them.
She then said that she had given them back to us , which was not the case. Instead , she had lost them . Extremely unprofessional and rude!

I was at this office last year and had a wonderful experience the staff was very professional and very knowledgeable I went there with my own prescriptions and purchase my set of glasses was very pleased with the quality and overall service of this establishment. I will be rescheduling a new appointment this year as soon as I can to get my new set of glasses.

(Edit) The optometrists could care less about the customers, won't return calls and the lack of control over quality and delivery time takes away from her services even more, the staff does not seems to know much on how to be professionals or even customer service efficient. Not sure what happens after you buy glasses from them though, they take an incredible long time for delivery, as well as coming back with plenty of defects, like, falling nose pads, the wrong lens and so on.
