This is a humble, clean, and well organized establishment with a professional staff that that bends over backwards to help you solve all of your automotive needs. After a long trip where our vehicle kept pulling to the right, I stopped at Phil's to have it checked. I was thinking an alignment problem or CV joints. They quickly determined the tires were a problem and needed replacing. A surprise as they only had 30,000 mi on them and were warranted for 60,000. Last time I buy Yokohama tires. I replaced them and vehicle steers great. Thanks Phil and the workers for great experience.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
NO INTEGRITY
UNRELIABLE
So long story short. I DRIVE my car up to Phil's auto and speak with Jeremy about my ac acting up and ask him to look into the windows and cruise control not working. Several days go by with no call so I call them and find out I need a cabin filter replaced for the ac ($11) and a main power switch ($200)for the windows so I approved those two services only!
Drive by there a week later and see my car sitting outside so I stopped to pay and pick it up. They proceed to tell me that the car won't idle or accelerate and that it needs
