Fixed my Silverado 2500 after 3 other shops couldnt diagnose it..it runs like a champ.. no problems.. very professional group of guys..Joesph kept me updated every step of the way till I got my truck back and alot of shops dont do that. Will definitely take my back if anything else goes wrong

My wife and I were stranded on I-20 with a faulty ignition coil. The people at Premier were responsive, highly competent, and friendly. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair was completed at a fair price. We are completely happy and want to share our excellent experience with you.
Wish we had repair shops in Dallas as responsive, competent, and friendly as Premier. Kind-of makes us want to move to a smaller town!

My vehicle maintenance was performed by knowledgeable technicians , who explained Exactly what was needed in terms even I could understand. Very kind friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. I worry being a single female if places will be honest with me. After going to three separate shops, who ALL told me random things. I stopped in here and right off the bat, was put at ease. Front desk guy said to me that the readings weren’t matching to what I was being told and to allow them to verify it. I’m glad I… did! $1,000 less and my Lexus was repaired. He even retrieved a diamond pendant for me (for free) that fell behind my gearshift. They offer free rentals and that alone saved me extra cash. My car runs perfect! I give the highest amount

We took our Mercury Mariner to get an oil change last week. They had a good price and they told us when they could fit us in. I appreciated that they didn't over promise the time and then make me wait. We came back when they said and it was ready on time as they promised. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We are new to the Tyler area and will definitely use them again.

I drive almost an hour to get to the Premier shop and it's worth it. I have a couple of high mileage Toyotas. Recently one car needed some work and a shop with less integrity could have taken us for an extra $500 plus. They keep up appraised of what needs to be repaired and they have even helped be do some minor things myself to help me save money. Premier understands my budget and repairs what was required. They partner with me to keep my family in cars that are safe and run efficiently.
