Very good customer service; the lady I spoke to was polite, helpful, and honest. I recently replaced everything on my front end (steering & suspension) at home by myself, but I was unable to get one particular rusty tie rod end off on the passenger side. Given that I already bought the part (MOOG) I didn't see the need to buy another one (Firestone wouldn't install my part; I would have to buy one of theirs... they also wouldn't quote me on how much it would cost to do so; just kept asking me to bring it in... SMH) and thankfully this place elected to install the tie rod end for me and align my

Came in for a simple tire balance and was told we can't get to that right now we're to far behind! Sorry customer service and will never waste my gas to come here again! It was at 155 around 3pm I understand they were busy but I was in no hurry and was turned away instead of getting a time frame or asking me to make an appointment.
