Services
Rosa Camille Williams dedicated her life to caring for those in need. She was a nurse who provided care in hospitals and in homes during the early 1900s. She was the inspiration for her daughter, Margaret, and granddaughter, Mary T, to provide services to improve the lives of others in their community.
We provide dignified care and rehabilitation for physical or developmental disabilities in the environment that is right for you. We offer our services in one of our homes, in your own home, or in the community. Our goal is to foster community connections and social interaction in a warm, supportive environment.
Supported Apartments are ideal for individuals who desire to find the balance between increased independence and the presence of professional, on-site support to assist with activities of daily living as needed. On-site and remote supports through assistive technology is available around the clock, everyday, to meet your needs.
We provide a comfortable and dignified residential home environment to provide services to individuals with physical or developmental disabilities. The people we serve are integrated into the community and live life to the fullest. Our residential homes are located in the community to allow us to provide services in a community-based setting, instead of an institutional environment.
Maryland specializes in neuro-rehabilitation for individuals with brain injuries. In your home or one of ours, we offer services to support you with the adjustment to life after a brain injury. Recognizing complex medical and neurological conditions faced by individuals with brain injury, we work closely with you and your support team to identify your goals and build a program tailored to your needs.

After our brother had a stroke in his early 40's we were unsure of what the next steps were for him. We were guided to Mary T Inc- Residential Services and have been so thankful that we were. During our tour of the home and the introductions, we were so impressed by the well cared for house and the warm staff. Throughout his stay the staff patiently helped him adjust and quickly became like family to us. Never ever having any experience with home hospice care, at first I was terrified hearing the term “hospice.” In November of 2020, my husband was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. He underwent 3 aggressive chemotherapy treatments, all to no avail. His oncologist advised us to look into hospice care as the next step.
