We are moving from 800 miles away and we haven’t even moved in yet, but so far the customer service has been INCREDIBLE. They have so helpful with this process, which has taken a huge load off of our shoulders. We are about 2 weeks away from move in and everything is setup and ready, just need to sign lease. If our time living there is half as good as management, it’ll be the best apartment experience I’ve ever had!

I grew up this neighborhood when I was little kid until I moved half of my middle school year through (2006 -2012) I had a lot of good memories here growing up in Woodlocke. It had so much residents living there and everyone were mostly laid back and cool.The staff were nice and the landlord at the time his name I think was Steve or Chris? he was cool but was sometimes stern. Everyone in the neighborhood pretty much knew each other. I made a lot of friends that I attended school with that used to lived there also. It used to been a bus load Of us. Like 40+ of us. Me and my friends used to hangout

Just moved in about 2 weeks ago and we are loving our 3 bdrm townhouse! We have lots of storage space and having 3 bathrooms is great! Maintenance is amazing and always fixes any issue we have fast. Office staff is fair, helpful and friendly. We really feel like family already! We absolutely love it here and would recommend this place to anyone!

Great townhouse apartments! Love that there is an upstairs and downstairs. The layout is nice and the apartments are kept looking nice. The office staff is very friendly-they are quick to respond to issues as is the maintenance staff.
Prices are great and you get access to a pool. It’s a quiet area and when we are inside we never hear our adjoining neighbors.

I have very pleasant experience with this apartment. I stayed there for 6 month and a half and had a 6 month lease. After 6 month, I am allowed to rent month by month with a premium over original rent. I found a job and relocated to another state. I did not expect that they refund part of my last month's rent. But they did! And they also refunded all my deposit.
The management team Steve and Robin are very friendly and helpful. Maintenace guy is also very friendly. Moncks Corner is a small town. But people there are very kind.
