I lived in a few apartments in my days but I sware this one was one of the worst! Gate was broken all of the time, management didn’t try to take care of anything, and the water always smelled like bad eggs! I complained maybe 2 times every week for them to fix my door problems but they never sent anyone because they said it was something that would have to be fixed when I moved out. Unreal right??? I don’t recommend these apartments. Look more towards CaneBay if you really need to move into an apartment. Hated my time there everyday.

I’m pretty sure this is my second great review the first one being a couple of years ago. I have nothing bad to say about Beckstone! We lived here for one lease a couple of years ago. Then we were expecting a babygirl and moved to rent a home which we thought would better suit us. We instantly regretted leaving. We are now back with our almost two year old and our two dogs on the third floor. We have a great view of the sand vollyball court. The open floor plan and modern appliances make life so much easier! Maintenance is always timely and keeps the grounds clean as well. The ladies in the leasing

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! They are the absolute worst community. I’ve had things stolen out of two of my cars twice. The people working in the office mainly the manager Tina is very unprofessional . The apartments are way to overpriced. They’ve done a maintenance check once in 2 years. A drawer came off the hinges in the kitchen and maintenance took the drawer and never brought it back.

I have found the entire staff and maintenance department to be top shelf. Tina, the apt manager, is quick to listen to concerns and just as hasty in dealing with those concerns.
Dana and Brianna are always excellent in greeting tenants in the front office. They are also professional in making the tenants aware of the protocol involved with the complex.
Mike, head of the maintenance department, is great in making all repairs correct the first time so as not to be repeating the process.
I have recently moved to Beckstone from Atlanta and have been completely pleased with the manner in which the

Had intentions of moving based on the initial reviews and recommendations a friend gave me but over the months, the cons began outweighing the pros. Wether it be from toilets not working or the air filters being so bad it sent me into a asthma fit. I wasn’t able to continue hanging out with my friend cause he started feeling self conscious about his place of living I didn’t want that for myself and no one makes my friend feel bad.

I didn’t want to leave a review until I had another apartment under my belt so I could make a fair comparisons.
Now that I have that I can safely say this place is pretty awful. I would love to write an essay as to why that is but several other people have already done that. I would look at the other 1 star reviews as their experiences are very similar to mine.
Then on top of that they had the audacity to try to raise rent by a 100 bucks. LOL!

I lived as a resident at Beckstone for 2 years and while apartment living can be challenging, the Manger, Tina made living here a great experience! She and her staff work so hard to make the property a clean, well run, classy place to live. They are very fast to address maintenance and issues as they arise. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Started my Application process about 4 days ago with Elizabeth, and she's been AMAZING! I don't move in until tomorrow morning, but I'm already excited about the community. Even with the application process being a little different due to Covid-19, she's made it so easy and has been VERY helpful through it all. I appreciate her and the staff at Beckstone for being so understanding and cooperative during this time.
