Your fur babies should love where they live and they will love Ashton Woods. We have no breed restrictions and welcome all pets to make Ashton Woods their home. Enjoy our convenient leash-free Pawtopia Park for some outdoor exercise; it's a great place to meet doggie friends. Bring your fur baby into the office for a belly rub and a free treat.
Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! I’ve lived here almost 5 years. I’m dumbfounded to see the poor execution of on going problems. The pay has increased year to year but the customer service has declined. I live on a first floor apartment dealing with first world problems. 6 months of water damage from above and my first floor window. 2 closets of ruined clothes, bed and pillows destroyed. No reconciliation. I pay to have a small dog and for amminities. I can’t even utilize the grill I pay for. Make a better selection and look else where.

Pretty decent apartment complex. Neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. Maintenance is fast to fix anything wrong. Office staff changes a lot so don't get used to any one. The worst part is the traffic trying to turn in and out of the complex between 4-7 pm Monday-Friday but that's not the apartment complexes fault.
