I am very upset with the property manager Alicia. She was very condescending and rude when i was discussing issues my daughter was having with her apt. This was after 2 weeks of not being able to reach her, she is always out of the office. No wonder she has no idea what is going on with her property. I did some research on her professional background to see her credentials, and found she had been recently arrested for DUI and wreckless driving. Is this the person in charge of making decisions affecting MY daughter?!??! My daughter will not be renewing her lease, and I will be consulting my attorney

This community has beautiful landscaping and the floor plans have very spacious bedrooms however I’ve noticed problems with the Maintenance as soon as I moved on . They are always rude and don’t seem to know what they are doing , I called 5 times to get my dishwasher fixed and it’s still broken . They are super rude and loud when entering your apartment . Also despite being a gated community my car was broken into and the water heaters are very weak so don’t live here if you like hot showers . Honestly if it wasn’t for the issues I would love it here but definitely not worth the price

Alicia (property manager) was great, she is very professional ! I can tell she really cares about her residents . I really appreciate her for clearing up those hiccups that I had with Ms. Carol (assistant property manager) . Alex has been an absolute joy since I’ve been there he is always professional, and Ty has been a pleasure as well. Maintenance has always came on time and I had no issues with my stay here. I am a former resident .

Well usually I would be very happy. But the listing says there is a laundry room. Considering it hasn’t worked for the past month would make that listing false. My partner works at the hospital and we need to have easy access to a washer to get his scrubs cleaned. It is not only a huge inconvenience but very bad during these times when a washer is very much needed for medical workers. Not having a working laundry room at our complex for the past month has been very hard...they are aware of the issue but it still hasn’t been fix...
