Currently living here and regret ever signing a lease here. My apartment flooded a month after I moved in. After cleaning the water up I was left with damage to the apartment that has not been fixed after multiple requests. My AC unit does not function properly and has never been properly fixed. They clearly do not care about the people who live in their units. If you submit a maintenance request they will mark the request as completed, but never actually fix the issue. Unprofessional and unresponsive!

This place has been great! It's in an awesome location close to shopping, restaurants and not far from downtown. It is very pet friendly with a dog park and self service dog spa. All the amenities really make it worth it. Utilities are the same $100 each month. Management has been very helpful and easy to get a hold of. My only con is that there are not many covered parking spots, but plenty of free spots. Definitely recommend.

I love this apartment complex. There are so many awesome amenities. Salt water pool, workout facility, dog park, dog wash, and that is not even half of them! The staff is sweet. The walls are so thick you can’t hear your neighbors. The balcony is HUGE. My one bedroom apartment (I live in an “Elvis” apartment) is small but they have thought of everything. The kitchen has enough space and all the stainless steal, pretty much brand-new appliances you need are included.
The view is GORGEOUS.

I had such high hopes for this place when I first moved in at the beginning of the year, but let’s just say they’re lucky Google doesn’t let you give negative stars. To comment on the review written by T E, the parking situation is absolutely horrendous. The entire parking lot surrounding the building is paid parking only... Why am I paying rent to live somewhere that I can’t even park on the premises? The complex is greedy is why. The lot they have for free is beyond sketchy. That is only the beginning of my problems with this place though. If you have a dog, have fun trying to take him

Great place to live with great staff and lots of amenities. Very unique property. Views of downtown Oklahoma City are fabulous. The self-serve convenient store (really is a mini 7-11) on the first floor is great (never seen one before). I have been here for almost a year and couldn't think of anywhere I would rather be. Most ppl here are professionals so the vibe is great.

Lived here for a year, and I have had zero issues! There’s so much to do here, almost everyone are friends here.. we all do little cook outs on the weekends and game nights I couldn’t ask for a better vibe from an apartment complex! If you’re looking for a social fun exciting community this is the one! The staff is so great too :-)
