We have been living in this community from more than an year and the only thing we like about these apartments is the location.
It is advertised as non smoking community, but it is not particularly in the nights we have to close the windows/doors as the smoke smell is too strong .
The neighbors upstairs does jogging/running in the house late hours after 11:00pm and its very hard to sleep with the loud thumping noise. Even after bringing it to managements notice numerous times nothing was done and have asked us to move to a different apartment.
The apartments are not properly insulated for noise

The new management team is awesome .👏 👏
They help you to manage all the packages nicely and carefully when you are out of town. Response to your request quickly and properly. This place is one of my best apartment experiences. Also it’s easy to get some food right in the same square. QFC is less then 10min drive. Btw they also pickup your trash at door front Sun to Thur. Very nice service.

The apartment homes are very nice but could use more storage space. The staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive. A+ to them. My biggest complaint, by far, is that I have the worst. neighbors. ever. Neighbors on all sides are constantly arguing, fighting, playing loud music, having their TVs blasting, driving their cars on the supposed closed pathway, doors slamming, loud knocking in the middle of the night, etc... at all hours of the night and day. It's not just one neighbor. It's like 3 or 4 possibly 5 different units. I can never get any sleep. I've had better more considerate neighbors

The new management team (Jamie and Jennica) is awesome. They take care of their tenants. Repair requests were handled promptly as well. Package deliveries used to be an issue, now I can simply pick them up from the leasing office. This apartment is conveniently located in a small and nice plaza with several good Asian restaurants, a library, a clinic.

Don’t trust Greystar properties. We looked at moving here a year ago but the move in dates wouldn’t work in the end. When we initially said that the move in date may work the agent told us to go online to hold it till we had the specific dates, which we did after we confirmed that if we couldn’t move in we wouldn’t be charged anything. Well that… wasn’t true as we got a $600 bill a month later and the manager at the time said not to worry about it we didn’t owe anything. The manager, Alena, is very professional and personable. We had a lot of exceptions to policies that needed to be considered and she worked with us to make our application process as pain free as possible. In the end, we have lived here for going on 6 months and we couldn't be happier. I've lived in my share of apartments over the years and this… one is by far the best experience. The maintenance guy, Joseph, is also very kind and timely with his appointments. He even cleaned up afterward by putting some wet stuff in our bathtub for us! Above and beyond for sure. You can't miss with this

This is truly the most poorly managed, maintained and horribly constructed apartment/ town home complex I have ever lived in. The management is very quick to charge for absolutely everything- including parking which is not included in the exorbitant monthly rental fee. The construction is beyond poor. We were the first people to live in the town… home and before a week went by, the upstairs carpet was rippling and two towel bars had fallen off in the bathroom. If you enjoy trash being around you constantly, this is the place for you. Because of this, if you visit, you will notice " black
