Our Leasing Office is scheduling appointments for you to virtually tour our community via Facetime or Zoom with a Staff Member. We will guide you around an apartment of your size choice, opening doors and cabinets so you can view all that The Beacon has to offer. Breakfast in the breezeway on this, the first day of Fall, was a lovely gesture and very good. Coffee, fresh big muffins, fruit and juice. The Beacon is a wonderful place to live, walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as a friendly staff and excellent maintenance. There should always be a waiting list for these prized units.

I've lived here for a bit over 4 months and can honestly say it is great! The location is really convenient, the property is well-maintained, my apartment is modern, and the staff is always helpful. I love having in-unit laundry and not having to walk to a shared laundry room or drive to a laundromat, as I've had to in the past. Also, not having to even get in my car to go grocery shopping is nice after a long day at work. The maintenance team has always responded to my requests quickly and the office staff is quick to answer questions about rent, etc. There is a package room, so I don

I moved in about 2 months ago and I love my community!! From the staff to my neighbors... everyone is so nice and friendly. Not to mention all the perks their are from living in such a great location .. my favorite part of all about living is, is that I feel like I’m always heard. Regardless if I’m calling the office to ask a question, or being updated with news in our mobile app, I’m never left in the dark and my questions and request are always answered quickly!! I’m glad to be apart of this community!!

I love living at the Beacon. My apartment is adorable and the buildings are very nice and tastefully appointed. The staff are friendly and professional. Martin and his maintenance staff are excellent. I am a summer person so the pool is my favorite place. It’s gorgeous and the fountains outside my windows lull me to sleep every night. The fitness room is also a plus! But the location is everything! Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, medical services are all within walking distance. There is always a fun spot to meet my friends. Love living here at the Beacon! The staff are friendly and always willing to help with any question or issue. Our maintenance staff are very responsive and conscientious of entering your apartment and not leaving any mess behind. Common areas are kept clean and updated. It's a super convenient location and you're able to walk to shopping, groceries, clothing, and various food options. Close to Routes 3/301, 97 and 50! BWI is only 15 minutes away!

People that are ever visible or available to help is the cleaning staff. The property managers spend their days hiding from residents and taking 2 hour lunches. The gym is locked and completely booked by residents that don't use the gym. Leave the residents without month long gym bookings to workout in the hallways. the way this place is run is shameful and everyone should be fired except the cleaning staff. I truly see this place being considered a dump in the next 3 to 4 years.

If I could give Zero stars I would. THIS PLACE SUCKS! The staff here is rude and incompetent. The maintenance people just barge into your apartment unannounced even after you specify on your work orders to call before to make sure you are home. And they even have an option that you can check yes or no for staff to enter if you are not there but they completely ignore that. Monday's, Wednesdays and fridays they have trash pick up between 7 and 8 am so if you'd like to sleep in you can't because they go all around the building banging the bins down. Within the 2.5 months I've been here, my AC has gone out twice, the elevator has been broken the entire time with no fix date, my heat was running for 12 hours- come to find out it needs to be manually switched on by maintenance, my toilet needs to be replaced and there's one on backorder, my washer machine needed replacement parts, my car has been keyed, and once the lease is signed- good luck contacting anyone in the office. Unfortunately I realized AFTER moving here that I could've had a nicer complex with a rooftop, multiple amenities, a garage, etc. for the same price in Tysons or Annapolis

Wow, what great customer service! We toured The Beacon at Waugh Chapel over the weekend and were thoroughly impressed. Donna the manager was exceptional and treated us with such warmth and hospitality. She was the epitome of professionalism! Everything was simply gorgeous from the grounds to the interior. The hallways were immaculate and the one bedroom apartment she showed us was pristine. Great location as well, I highly recommend!

I really love the Beacon. No apartment is perfect but this place has gone through two management companies and keeps the lines of communication open via email and office drop-by's. What I love most is the peace and quiet, amenities and the convenient location. I am in the C building. I barely see my neighbors. Any problems I have seen is attributed to tenant behavior (and their guests) such as, messing with fob secured exit doors (attempting to get in unauthorized). I would give it 5 stars but the management is new. I own a home in another state and apartment living is not what I prefer; however

This place is the worst. They took $150.00 deposit to my friend because he declined their filthy apartment the carpet was dirty had hair all over and stains; that was the reason why he didn't move in. Beacon this happened on 12/9 I'm sure you know who I'm talking about give him his whole deposit back otherwise we will pursue this matter with Maryland Consumer Protection Division. We look forward for amicable resolution.
