I like the comfort within the unit, I like the safety in the community, I like the people who are educated and sociable, I like the recreation area for children and young people, the customer service and I love the prices ..

I have a few things going on inside my apartment. I notified management and they had maintenance on it that same day as promised. I have been here since 2016 from moving from NY, wouldn’t think about leaving unless I’m ready to purchase a home.

I haven’t live there but Luis Cabrera is the best person to work with, I use to live in another complex where Luis was the manager and he had that place a 5 star and I imagine he doing the same thing there. Can’t wait to move there

My sibling has been dealing with toxic mold in their apartment for months and despite the multiple calls to the leasing office, little to nothing was done about the situation and despite the requests for a new apartment they were denied. Aside from that there are very rude neighbors who tend to cause problems upon no provocation

We have had a great year her at Ashley Apartments! Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests, staff is courteous and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout this past year with COVID-19 restrictions in place. We highly recommend Ashley Apartments!!!

Pretty nice and quiet neighborhood. Love seeing the kids play at the playground and on the basketball court. Staff are pretty friendly. Do a great job of maintaining the grounds.
Parking spaces can afford to be a bit bigger and all the same size.
It would be great if there was a way to reload money for laundry cards on-line.
Maintenance responds fairly quickly, but can at times forget to address all issues in the maintenance request.
When the weather is warmer, there is a tendency to see gnats flying around indoors.

I like this apartment and I feel like they read and know what the issues are.the customer service use to be TE-RRI-BLE.but i have to say I see some kind of a change for a better they still can do abit more better.or maybe I say that because I have not had to deal with the office because of covid.

Been living here going on 14 years. Many property managers and staff have come and gone but Luis seems to have a handle on things. Love Jackie Wert too. She is the glue at the top. The maintenance staff has watched my family grow since day one and are a great group of guys. They don't always get the credit they deserve as some folks don't understand just what they do and have to deal with on a daily basis. Looking forward to a few more years before having to make the next move. Can't wait till this COVID BS is over!!

The property manager Luis is the best! He helped us find our perfect apartment. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. You should always keep him on your staff and if ANYONE needs any assistance in finding an apartment you should go to Luis!!
