DO NOT LIVE HERE
I did a lease buy out over a month ago. Over the last month the company has tried to take over $8,000 dollars out of my account in $2,000~$3,000 increments. I asked for a move out amount and was provided the amount. I had all but $500 paid in credits on the account the the management team had to “figure out how much I owed”. I paid the amount even after they tried to take $3,000 the day before. The company still tried taking money out of my account after this 2 more times. I had to put multiple stop payment on my account. Every time the company acted like it was my fault event

I've previously left a very well earned one star review. And now they've earned a revision.
They're not perfect, but there's good intent now. Sometimes there's a bit of miscommunication, or not everyone knows the little details you need.. But the people at the office are friendly and HUMAN now. It feels less like the slums at the time of my previous review, and more like a community.

This will be my second time moving into Casa Blanca and working with Epic Asset Management.
Both times have been a wonderful experience, as long as your honest the leasing staff will do absolutely everything they can to help you get a home and make the process as easy as possible.
We've worked with a specific leasing agent both times now and we highly recommend her. Her name is Olga and she's went above and beyond in all areas of the process to make the entire process as easy, comfortable and successful as possible. Emails are 99% of the time answered within an hour, you never feel like a bother

I just moved in and the staff have been so welcoming and accommodating. I am a college student and definitely on a budget and this apartment complex suites all my needs. Christina is very responsive and very friendly and will email you back almost instantly. So far all my questions and concerns have been addressed. I have no complaints or worries. Happy with my spacious two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Will update my review in about 2 months to keep this updated.

Apartments are dark, with nasty popcorn ceilings. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. I hope you don't enjoy cooking because they put the oven right across from the fridge and you can't open either at once or fully. They charge far too much money. The "amenities" are a joke. Kids swarm the pool, and if you're lucky enough to get an apartment facing one of the little green belts don't worry...children will take this as their own property and spread toys and noise all around it. I haven't gotten a good nights sleep in two years because a herd of children

I have been living here for almost 5 years. I have had no problems, but the elevator in L building. It has been out of order since July. I moved in this building due to health issues, so I would have no stairs. When are you going to fix the elevator? This is not the first time the elevator has been out of order. Can I move to the M building?

Sooo, I moved to Washington from Chicago... about 3 years ago and found this place. It was the cheapest 1 bedroom I could find in a short period of time, with a washer and dryer in unit. I must say management made upgrades and pretty decent changes for the better each year I've lived there. The office personnel are very kind and super professional as well. I asked to get my carpet cleaned...it was done within 2 weeks. I put in a request for a new garbage disposal...it was done the next day! Very few issues in my 3 year stay. Casblanca was a great 3-5 year plan and worked out perfectly for

I lived there for the last year until I recently moved and the price went up about 35% a month on a single bedroom for renewal and if that wasn't bad enough my stock non tinted truck was broken into twice, the gates hardly worked, it is extremely loud dang near all the time, people are truly insane and yelling/screaming/fighting all the time. I never had any issues with the people that worked although it seemed like there was a fast turn around of employees. It is in a bad part of town from my previous living experiences and locations in a few states, overall its just dirty and dangerous

Just recently had a tour with them. Honestly, it was awful.
The woman that led us on our tour didn't introduce herself. They were playing Nicki Minaj, and although I like Nicki, it was super unprofessional. She was very monotone, and made it very apparent that she didn't want to show us the apartment. She didn't show us any of the amenities, and didn't talk pretty much the whole time. It was awkward. There was juice on the stairway, looked like blood on the plastic cover they had. The apartment is over priced, someone was blasting music in their apartment. The only good thing

Casablanca apartment sucks!!!!!!Worst apartment I ever lived. The people who works in the office don't know what they are doing , they could not give us the right keys for two times which we have to make a copy by ourselves . The neighbors are dirty , smoke drugs , playing music loudly till the midnight . When the last month I live there , they sent me a note that notice me my lease is done in month, however , after I moved out they sent me a bill and try to charge me another month lease. After I proved I'm right , they even not say sorry , they just say : we couldn't find your

I have been here for one day and here are the questions I asked which were never answered, but now I know why. First off, I had to move, and I needed to do it fast and close to my old location as I am a fulltime student, and working part time. The leasing agent, who sits at the first deck straight ahead as you enter the office, was not the nicest person. No introduction, just we have a unit, it cost this much, your credit needs to be this, your deposit is that, and extra for this; she seemed more interested in scaring me off then leasing me an apartment. After I introduce myself and ask if I

I rented here for around 2 years and I had some positive experiences and some really terrible ones. A lot of people smoke in the non smoke buildings. When I asked the office, they said they are working on "converting" it to non smoking. The manager tried making this place very family friendly and community based. Lots of fun little get-togethers and stuff like that. The grounds were kept up, but they decided to pave the parking lots with very little notice to the tenants. A lot of cars were broken into, a medium. Amount of noise issues. Not really worth the money though.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. After an okay one year lease, we went month to month. Then, after a month of that, they told us that our rent for August was going to be 157% of our current rent and that all they could do was plug it back into the computer and it could turn out to be even higher.

Nice people. The people who work for this place are very nice. However, I have lived all over the place, including NY, LA, and Las Vegas (in what would be called not so good apartments in not so good areas) But this place is by far the worst place I have lived. Everything broke down in a year, sometimes 2 times). It stunk, a rat got into my apt. 2 times, and it was incredibly depressing. Maybe it was the "odd ball" apt., I had, but, I would recommend finding another place to live. Oh! and they raised my rent after 1 year to almost 900 (not including utilities or water) for a tiny studio
