To begin with "please enter at your own risk." I went to Diamond Eyecare with an elderly friend who needed eyeglass lenses only, no frames. An insurance representative for my friend had called the day prior and spoke with "Russ" receptionist/husband of the Optometrist, and clarified they would indeed accept my friends insurance for post-cataract eyewear. Once there "Russ" would not confirm to me if they would be able to accept the insurance but instead wanted to utilize a different/secondary insurance my friend also carried. Glasses and contacts have been part of my life for…. Well, let’s just say, “a long time.” There have been a lot of eye doctors, some good, some not so much. I have been going to Dr Diamos since the 1990s when she worked at Wal Mart, later at Pearle Vision, and now Diamond Eyecare for the past ten years or so. This is the first time I went to Diamond Eyecare for annual eye exam. The Dr is very nice and accommodating my questions and needs pretty well. Kurt is also very nice in dealing with choosing the glasses and the medical insurance plan. Nice experience and will think about doing the eye exam next year there too.

We have been going to Diamomd for years, even though we live far, because Kirk and the Doc are amazing!!!! The selection is always new and fresh and the customer service is amazing. I have been pt there for the past 6 years. As well as my chdren. My debacle started Dec 29. Routine eye exam for contacts. Front office guy was rude on the phone, didn't let me ask questions After ordering 3 different pairs, because "this is why it's called medical practice" finally got my contacts. Put contacts on and I can't read the computer screen, my phone, etc! All Dr diamos said was, wear reading glasses. REALLY! well I ordered some contacts on April 25 and was told I would have them in 3-5 days. Needed them for a wedding I was in on May 12. Now here we are May

I went in after acquiring insurance up to the point of getting contacts everything was ok. The doctor is cold and uncaring. It feels like she is too busy or doesn't want to be there. After wearing my contacts for a week I went in to finalize my contact prescription. I told her that I could not see the print on my phone nor could I read any print! She told me to get reading glasses. The whole point for the contacts was to not have to wear glasses throughout the day! I found another doctor. I will not go back nor will I recommend her to anyone, ever!!!!!

I have to say everyone, and I mean everyone, is A+ at this place. Dr. Monica is always so thorough and listens to all my complaints. I had lacerated my eye planting a palm tree on Saturday. I slept it off that night thinking it would heal itself overnight. I was wrong, it got worst when I woke up Sunday morning. I immediately called Dr. Diamos early morning since it was an Urgent matter. She told me to meet her right away at her office. She made the pain go away instantly. I'm glad I have her for my eye doctor!!! I've taken my family at Diamond Eyecare for over 5 years and I have no complaints. I have taken my glasses there many time and they are experts at that.

Diamond Eyecare gave me last year's eye prescription in error, and the owner refused to accommodate me, was rude, and would not even apologize.... I have been patronizing Diamond Eyecare since 2012. On May 5, 2017 I had an eye exam and the doctor told me my prescription had changed. I was given a "new" prescription, which I had filled at Optical Image. After receiving my new glasses I noticed that my vision had not improved. I checked the prescription which Diamond Eyecare had given me on May 5 and discovered it was last year's prescription and was expiring in 3 weeks. After

You know, I've been going to Diamond Eyecare for several years, and every time I go I think ... "Oh right, this is why I need to find someone else!" Needed a new optometrist that's closer to home/work, and this fit the bill. Service was fine. I was seen pretty quickly for being a new patient. Staff seemed respectful, helpful. Dr Diamos was also fine, I got a hint of the condescending feel that others got from her for asking a pretty simple question. Yes I'm an adult, but this is maybe my 2nd eye checkup and I've only been wearing glasses for 1-2 years so I'm still an eye-noob. Anyway, it wasn't off-putting enough to keep me from coming back once a year or as needed, especially since the location is pretty convenient

Eek! Me thinks not. As one star is too much, this would be an opportune time to have the option of zero stars. This organization is devoid of all the professionalism that is implicit with the use of the Dr, moniker. Firstly you are directed by a desk jockey to purchase a pure upsell of an 'optional' optos scan ...do some research about this upsell profit center and then decide for yourself. Now on to Diamos herself, WOW! Not my first encounter with a condescending professional, but this one is in a league of her own (check the buried reviews for conformation of this).

I have always used glasses for reading and night driving. This year, Dr. Diamos said that my vision had changed quite a bit. When I got my glasses, my vision was worse with the glasses for night driving. I called them and they said give it some time, so I did and it never improved.

I visited Diamond Eyecare for the first time and what a nice experience!
I was greeted in a courteous way and the eye exam was done in a very pleasant and professionally manner.
After the exam I was handed a written copy of my test results and went on to check prices of lenses and frames at other places. I ended up going back to Diamond Eyecare as they have very competitive prices on top of superior service. I'm not going anywhere else in the future.

Always friendly and efficient service. They take most insurances including my Eye Med. With my insurance I always come out with a great pair of frames. I also go to them for all my contact needs. They carry a great selection of frames including my favorite Oakleys. Diamond Eye care carries Prada, Gucci, Rayban, Oakley and so much more including prescription sunglasses. Dr. Diamos is always so polite and thorough and have never had to wait longer than my appointed time.

I discovered Diamond eyecare on a whim, and I am so glad I did! I can't emphasize enough on the excellent customer service they have. The girls who help you pick out your glasses are so patient and helpful. Shannon is awesome, she's really the one who made me love this place. So far she's helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses, and she's so sweet! She gives her opinion on which glasses she likes on you which is helpful when you're indecisive. I even got my mom to come

I came in off the street and immediately was greeted and helped by Celena. She is bubbly and gentle and has an amazing eye (sorry for the pun) for face shapes and style. She took all of the guesswork out of choosing the correct frame and was very patient as I took a billion selfies and sent them to friends and family helping to decide. Been going to Dr. Diamos since before she had her own place. They are always on time & friendly. You are also explained your benefits in detail. When I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes my vision started to get blurred. I had already went for my yearly check-up so my benefits were exhausted for that year. They went out of their way to accommodate me & my situation. They even discounted their services. A week later my eye sight went back to normal. Which I was prepared for since Dr. Diamos let me know based on glucose levels your prescription can vary. Very professional & nothing but

Dr. Diamos gives great eye care. The first time I saw her a couple of years ago, because of the strong prescription for my bad eyes, she recommended a special contact for more comfort. They work! Before, my contacts (gas permeable, hard) would occasionally bite into my eye--and that hurts! Haven't experienced that since then. She also told me that I had some potential problems with my retina and referred me to a specialist, from whom I received laser treatments to close up many weak spots.

Will never return to this eye care center again. First visit, I ordered a pair of glasses and pare of sunglasses. Could not see out of sung lasses when they arrived. Was told to try them out for a while. They finally ordered me a replacement pair.
