I’ve been with Chris for 20 years and many hair styles / cuts / color / Brazilian blow outs.
I would leave my husband before I’d leave Chris!!! He’s the best…he never leads me wrong..keeps things real…yes that would work…ah Nooooooooo

I was very unhappy with my haircut. I had simple instructions for the hair stylist - to trim the hair about half an inch and keep long layers - no change in style. My layers are short and choppy. Left side hair is longer than right side, front side longer than the back. It's not the haircut I wanted.

As a new-ish mom it's VERY hard to find time to go to the salon. Making an appointment weeks in advance is rarely easy since things can change on a dime. Not only did they fit me in on a Saturday during a holiday weekend...it was the BEST hair cutting experience I have ever had. The place was so welcoming, clean and beautiful. Sarah was awesome and...wow massaging chairs while they wash your hair!!!
I went in for a drastic (to me) 5-6" lob off my long blah hair. She listened to what I wanted, inquired about my normal routine and I walked out super happy...my husband even noticed

I followed my stylist, Nikki Mazza, here. She's AMAZING!!! I had been with her a while and then made the move to stay with her as she 100% knows what she's doing, will always listen to what you want and then give you an honest answer if it's doable or what you should do instead.
She recently just revived my hair from what was the consistency of straw and now it's healthy and shiny. She is amazing and i would definitely recommend!!

I responding to the owners response.... I hope you record your calls... your website, Covid and the new 48 hr cancellation policy was not mentioned to me at all in the slightest. Find the call and listen to it. The person who made the booking failed to do everything you just said in your response to my experience. Also, why call the night before my appointment to tell me you will charge me no matter what if your new policy to cancel is 48hrs? Wouldn't it make sense to call 48hrs before to confirm? I didn't receive any missed calls from you after the appointment and before you charged

I'm definitely bummed I have to leave a one star review. I was hoping to give this place 5 stars as the customer service side is great. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating and my stylist was the sweetest. However, after spending $300 (!!!!!) on my hair and having gone back a second time to have it fixed, the results are completely unsatisfying. I figured this place would be expensive given the area and the ambiance, along with the other reviews I've read. But I was certainly not expecting to pay three hundred dollars!!! Love love love salon invi! Have been going to them for close to a year, they're like a second family to me. Jane is amazingggg, I see her every week for blowouts and she never disappoints. When I first came in my hair was damaged and had a lot of breakage. Jane transformed my hair back to its healthy self. They only use the best of the best products and stay up to date on trends. Honestly all of the stylists are great. I always look forward to my next visit.

Chris, Kristin and his unforgettable staff are top notch; I don't write a lot of reviews but do write them when deserved. The fine folks at Salon Invi have take care of my family and friends for years. You know when you find a great coach, mentor, trainer, agent, stylist, you stick with them. Salon Invi provides that. Their salon is immaculate, trendy, efficient and friendly. Invi provides an upscale service at a great price. They do whatever they can to make sure your experience is "unforgettable". They truly focus on providing amazing service.
