Raincross Senior Village

My mother has been a resident at raincross senior village for several years. This new team (Darleen, Tiffany, and Eric) are amazing! Recently, my mother was having hallucinations and forgot where she was. The crew noticed something was wrong and immediately took action and reminded her where she was and how to get to her apartment. This is not assistant living and they were not required to do this. They also contacted me and provided me with information to get her some additional help. The crew is always nice and polite, the complex always looks clean and organized, and each month the staff hosts

After being a resident here for several years, I'm extremely disappointed. Will take my concerns/issues to the Individual/organizations that can provide remedies...
It used to be a great place to call home!.

I recently moved in to Raincross and am beyond thrilled with my beautiful apartment. My top priority was a community that was quiet. It is completely quiet, no loud music or voices, I can come home and actually relax! The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Tiffany in the leasing office has been amazing. I’ve asked her dozens of questions and she has answered them all promptly, patiently, and with stellar professionalism. So far, other tenants I’ve chatted with have been very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly community, look no further. I cannot believe my luck

Unacceptable! A tenant locked themselves out of their apartment. She called the emergency # and The maintenance man said he would not let her in and it says that in their lease and they would have to had until 7:00 a.m. to be let in. She was on oxygen & couldn't get into her apt for her oxygen but that did not matter he was not gonna let her in even though he lives on the property site and that's his job. When I lived here that would have never happened I lived there in 2014 through 18 and the management was great. But now they have new managers and they don't even give any of the common courtesies

I called the after hours emergency maintenance phone line at 6:00am and left 2 messages for someone to please call me back ASAP.
My call was finally returned 7 hours later at 1:00pm, needless to say whoever manages the after hours maintenance line does not promptly return calls.
