My husband and I moved into the Imperial Hardware Lofts in March. We live on the 2nd floor facing the pool/common area of the building. Unfortunately, the gate to the common area made a terribly loud sound if not closed carefully. (Especially if you have your patio door open throughout the day.) I reached out to Lori, the building manager who resolved the issue immediately! She is always incredibly responsive whenever we have a question or concern.

Management was absolutely horrible and could care less for the residents. Nosy as well - always watching you come in and out of the lobby and paying mind to who came in with you. I tried to use the side door as much as possible to keep my privacy.
The lobby is always locked! Great for security, but terrible if you like to get Amazon packages. This is a serious issue, it forced me to start buying items in person and I canceled my Amazon membership.
Horrible rude and loud neighbors will keep you awake at all hours. Management will not help you. I left my unit 11 months into my 12 month lease. If

Some KEY things to think about.
We have a 2 bedroom loft with 2 people and 2 cars. My truck wouldn't fit downstairs which ultimately resulted in scratches and a handle being broken off just trying to squeeze my truck down. Management gave us a parking off site about a block away from IHL and now after 10 months we are being told that we aren't being accommodated and must park on the street. Keep in mind maintenance has told us that the building was designed poorly and doesn't fit all cars and we were not told this at signing. For 10 months we have waited patiently for a parking in

I just moved in here last month l, and this place is Amazing so far! Spacious accommodations, and it definitely feels high end for sure.
Lori and staff have been great and totally professional! She helped facilitate my move here, and made things a breeze for me. ( I'm a single guy I'm kinda slow at these things ) grounds are clean, and I often use the gym.
The garage parking is sufficient although sometimes the Amazon truck parks and blocks the way but it's hardly a reason to complain. Keep up the great work !

I have been living at the imperial hardware lofts for almost 3 months and I am in LOVE. The atmosphere and environment is so beautiful. Being downtown is so much fun and although we have been quarantined, I still love it so much. Everyone is super friendly including the staff. I would recommend living here to any and everyone.

My boyfriend and i moved here recently and its been the best! We're smack in the middle of everything and the views are amazing. The staff members are really nice and accommodating. LORI and JACOB made our apartment hunting so easy. They both provided us the best customer service. They're both very professional and so easy to talk to. We needed a few things fixed at the apartment and got instant repair from their maintenance guy Ulysses. Ah Riverside County home of Palm Springs, Temecula, and Riverside. I toured this place it is AMAZING! The prices here are perfect and expected for downtown area and Riverside County is getting more pricey. The Person who made the comment about 2-3k for I.E. fails to realize that housing is determined more so by county/taxes. These lofts aren't located in San Berdo or VictorVile aka San Bernardino County that gives I.E. a bad rep. So technically your not paying for I.E. prices but more so Riverside County Prices. The R.C. features the upscale shopping street of El Paseo. The world renown Coachella

I've pretty much lived here for 1 year now! Time has flown by. And absolutely love it here.
Living in the heart of downtown is awesome. So many places to walk to, eat, and enjoy.
But one specific thing I love about these lofts is that you don't just move into a home, you move into a community oriented space. I know a lot of my neighbors and have become good friends with them. The location is great, but parking is extremely limited, i believe it was one parking space per tenant, and you can’t even pay to get a second spot, the building looks great, but not worth the square footage for the price. Too expensive. If you dont mind tight spaces then it shouldn’t be a problem for you. The ammenities are nice but too small for me. Location is the best here though.

BEWARE! Don't rent any property by Sares-Regis Group. Overpriced, poorly managed and not well maintained are the cornerstone ethics of this property management company.
Overpriced - decide for yourself, cheaper than I pay in New York - true, however, in New York you get quality for your money.

At first the building seemed amazing then the noise from all the bars, and screaming drunk and homeless all over the outside of the building, Parking is tight and the new management is not nice. STAY AWAY.... If you can afford this place you can afford a home. As soon as my lease is up I am running outta here.

There are things to consider before moving here.
It's extremely overpriced for Riverside. This isn't LA, this isn't Orange County, but they're charing like it is. This is a basic apartment complex that is surrounded by empty retail spaces and a considerably large homeless and drug addict population. The rent should not be as high as it is.
The building was rushed, and it shows. Parts of it feel unfinished. The stairway hasn't been fully carpeted. The call box in the front doesn't actually allow you to buzz people in. Some of the rooms have uneven moulding. Our

I moved in to Imperial Hardware Lofts a few months ago from a beautiful and modern stylish loft in Los Angeles - a home difficult to replace ... I was wrong! The Imperial Hardware Lofts is aaaa-mazing! The management team of Jacob Tiffany and Andrew is top notch! The accommodations spectacular. And the perks from weekly socials and activities to the community room with pool table and games .... I may never move back to Los Angeles. Best place to live in Riverside hands down!

Went in for a tour of the new lofts. Amazing! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. I was helped out by Jacob who showed me various units. Going to submit my application.
Amenities are great! It has pool, club house, gym, and a rooftop. The views are great from the rooftop.
